We have stay at this hotel many times and in the past breakfast was not that great. This stay however was pretty good:-) One thing I'd like to suggest. Put better lids over your hot plates. We found it very difficult to lift the lids from hot server.

For some reason this room on the first floor seemed smaller and a little outdated, then the others we stayed in, and some things need replacing. The towel rack over the toilet had rust on the bottom of the rack. The TV bureau looked warped. Added reachable outlets would be nice too. Brighter lights in the doorway. Also. We could hear the people next store and their shower. Perhaps some sound proofing?

I did not like the fact that when i needed to make change to my reservations I had to contacted booking.com and was not provided with an 800 number to call and I was charged an international phone charge.by my phone service. The first time I called the changes were made to my reservation but my rooms were changed from non smoking to smoking. By the time I noticed the change the hotel no longer had non smoking rooms left but the hotel was able to change the our rooms for us.

The breakfast was great - a wide range of both hot and cold items to keep you fueled on your travels. I especially loved the coffee machine and was a able to have an actual latte instead of the usual coffee and creamer set up in big chain hotels. Overall 10/10 for breakfast!

The staff was friendly and check in was smooth. The hotel and room was clean. The water pressure was absolutely AMAZING. And the breakfast was the best I've seen. There were so many options to eat. And didn't even get me started on the coffee station 🥰

We had no complaints

Room was spacious, bathroom was clean. Good facilities for a small town hotel. Breakfast was good.

Please consider real plates and cutlery - need to change the 'throw away' mindset and start thinking 'reuse and recycle. Yes, it will cost more in wages, but will save in garbage disposal and landfill charges. There is no planet B.

Staff exceptional, especially the lady at breakfast. I wish I knew her name. Pool nice.

Price. If it was just me & hubby cost would have been half! We had a two year old and 7 year old! To pay the same price for 4 adults!! Sofa bed a bit poor stains!

Staff was excellent went out of her way to make my wife who is handicapped comfortable

Every hotel thinks that you have to make eggs with cheese on it you could have some that do not have cheese on it that would be easy

Staff were good, peaceful place

Air conditioner didn't work properly, mattress was not comfortable... sleep wasn't tht great overall..

Issue with the volume of the tv on the remote. Told the front desk. Apparently it's been an issue since they changed disk tv providers. I don't blame the hotel at all for this.

Breakfast was the typical hotel style and quality, good but not special. Also plenty of choices of foods for breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice little refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Toilet and shower were clean and well stocked. Small pool and nice hot tub were a plus.
