Literally at the airport. Had an early flight and did not want to miss it, and this hotel is fantastic for international travellers because you cannot get lost on your way to the airport. The room was huge, too big for me as a solo traveller but has everything you needed to relax before your trip. The hotel staff were lovely and everything was very smooth and easy which I think everyone loves when travelling.

This is an expensive hotel. But for the location you have to think is spending a bit worth it to have peace of mind in getting to the airport for your flight. Up to you.

The quality of the bed, bedding and the amenities in the bathroom were excellent. Loved the magnifying makeup mirror, the huge screen TV (on which we watched the Super Bowl!), the flooring (area rug near the bed, smooth surfaces otherwise. It was a great room for travelers to utilize. Our goal was to be able to get to a very early-morning flight on time, and this location was perfect.

It would have been nice to have been able to park our car here, but we opted to use off-site Globe Parking and have them shuttle us to the hotel.

quiet, close to airport; comfortable, easy to check in, staff were excellent

on-site restaurant was not great, but fine. and there weren't many other options nearby that would deliver or accommodate a car-less visit. clocks were all wrong in room which wasn't helpful for flight planning & no usb ports, no streaming TV services - needs a bit of modernization and just maintaining what's in place.

Liked the convenience of dropping the rental car off the night before our flight and walking back into the hotel. Liked the lobby and the restaurant/bar right in the hotel. Great to be able to walk to our flight gate from inside the hotel.

Beautiful lobby. Rooms pretty good. Need some updating. All the hallways need updating except for the beautiful convention areas ont he main floor lobby.

The main reason I stayed there was so that my friend didn't have to drive me to the airport for my very early departure.

The shower in my room didn't work all that well. On a minor note- the chair in front of the small round table next to the window was entire to large for the space. It was also place in front of the air-condition controls, so I had to move it out of the way, which wasn't easy since there was very little room. Since I had to do this only one time, it really wasn't much of a big problem,.

I loved that it was hardwood floors - only minimal carpet. Clean everything. Comfortable bed. Great view. Friendly staff.

I had to pay for parking. $20 for overnight! It was very difficult to find where to park. This hotel is in the airport at PIT Int'l. Signs led only so far then you're on your own to find where to park exactly.

We stayed here one night between flights. We loved the access to the airport--a quick walk--and the room was great. The beds were very comfortable, everything was clean, loved the nightlight and clock in the bathroom. We'd seen some negative reviews online, but found absolutely nothing to complain about. The restaurant was really nice, too--and many thanks to our server, Carole, who was great!

The location was amazing! Very convenient for my super-early flight. The lobby was a few steps from the parking lot moving-sidewalk. It was perfect.

The heating and cooling were a little sketchy. The room would get a bit too warm, then a bit too cool as the heater kicked on/off. My only complaint was my tissues were nearly empty when I checked in.

being right at the airport and just across the street from the rental car return at the airport. the sound proofing of the hotel. My room overlooked the runways and was immediately adjacent to elevators and the ice machine. In other hotels, this would be a nightmare for me.

Love the location access to airport to catch early morning flight. The room was comfortable and met our needs.The restaurant breakfast and dinner was excellent service and food. The staff extremely friendly and helped us get a cab for shopping.

The room didnt have microwave to reheat food. Other than that the room was comfortable. Also, a little mini mart with snacks and drinks would be nice to have in this hotel. The restaurant on sunday was not available for lunch.
