Quality Inn Pittsburgh Airport

Room cleaned upon arrival. Comfortable beds, tv, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, tissues. Shower nob stuck. Needed help to loosen it until water came out. Generous breakfast included. Interior rooms vs outdoor rooms. My family stayed in an interior room. Mine opened to the parking lot.

My room nor my family's room was ready until 35 min. after check in. We arrived at different times on same day. Appears to be a staffing issue. I couldn't get water to run in shower. Nob was stuck. Family member pulled it out for me.

Location was great. We liked the Pub next door. And we liked the shuttle and the hot breakfast when the kitchen witch would let us have some.

The breakfast lady was just mean and watched over all of us like hawks. She was always telling guests that they could have eggs or a waffle, but not both. And when she did make eggs, they were either underdone or overdone [I ordered a scrambled egg. and she poured it on the skillet and walked away to clean tables and when she came back, it was not tossed or scrambled, but crispy and burnt]. It was only 9 am, so I tried to have biscuits and gravy, but there were only a few sausages left. When we asked for some biscuits, she said 10 minutes, and we never got any, and she was shutting down the kitchen at 9:30. We were very unhappy.

The breakfast was really good. The attendent was helpful, constantly cleaning, restocking - but not in anyone's way. Sunday morning was busy, but everything was clean and well stocked. The waffles and sausage gray with biscuits were great! And the fact that you included sugar-free syrup was wonderful.

The room "keys" only ever worked one time for Room 131. The desk attendent was great about replacing them. The A/C in that room sounded like a 747 was warming up outside the window!

Breakfast was good - waffles, eggs, sausages, juice, tea, coffee, muffins, bagels, yogurt, milk. The only thing which is missing is vegetables, but it is pretty common for this type of hotels. I think it is good for a price

Room cleanness. There was a weird smell in the room and carpet was wet.

The room had everything we needed, everything worked and it was reasonably clean. in general, the staff was very helpful.

The mattress wasn't very comfortable and the shuttle driver said he almost left without us, even though we immediately walked to where he had parked behind 3 other shuttles from the meeting point. Then he complained about his job the whole way to the hotel.

The breakfast was so so it is hard to have a decent meal when everything is buffet. The location was fine. The hotel was old, need some work but clean and comfortable

The hotel was old and needs to have a lot of upgrades. The shower was great, towels were pretty good.

Comfy bed in a spacious room, with great amenities. Breakfast setting was nice, and the selection was good.

Personally, I like to be able to open the windows a bit, and they were fixed shut. This may not matter to other guests.

The Breakfast was quite good for someone rushing to the airport. But it was good period

I could hear the person in the next room showering. Normally, that would not be unusual, but it seemed louder than it should have been. I still fell asleep with no problems. I asked for an aitport shuttle @ 4:45. Somehow they scheduled it for 4:15. The shuttle came back at 4:45

A little worn. The bed wasn't the most comfy. Definitely felt springs digging into me. It was clean. Towel rack in bathroom was broken and just hanging there.

Very friendly staff that checked us in. I wish I had gotten name to acknowledge her professionalism. The shuttle service for early morning flight out was excellent. Driver was on time. We didn't have their breakfast because we left early morning. Our bed was very comfortable for an overnight stay.
