The B&B was very charming. The owner could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The continental breakfast was very good and had excellent baked goods, beverages and delicious jams. The room we stayed in was comfortable and had high quality bedding. The private bath in our room was really nice. It was huge, had a nice whirlpool tub and a very nice vanity with dressing table. The grounds were gorgeous and had a walking trail, which we didn’t have time to use because we had to get on the road. I have not stayed in a B&B in years and my husband had never, but both of us were very happy with our stay and highly recommend it.

The location of the property is a very beautiful location. It was easy to find. The building is kept up very well and very clean. We felt very welcomed during our stay. The breakfast was simple and always available when we were ready. We felt very relaxed during our stay.

Beautiful, peaceful setting in a restored barn. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed seeing the deer outside the barn in the morning. A lovely continental breakfast was provided and the managers were flexible with our arrival. This was a perfect, affordable stop on our way to visit Fallingwater.

Pretty area.. walking trails and good restaurants nearby.. Interesting architecture. Nice people.

Expensive. Lacked some useful amenities like snow removal from unloading area, water glasses, lotion, and suitcase stand.for second person.

Dylan and Aimee were welcoming and hospitable. Really enjoyed chatting to them and meeting their adorable daughter.

Our bed was a bit bouncy and squeaky. In some ways that added to the charm and quaintness.

Lovely B&B on a quiet road not far from the turnpike exit. Historical property - converted barn and farmhouse. Friendly host. Visited nearby attractions - Polymath Park, Stone Villa Wine Cellars, and Fort Ligonier. A perfect fall weekend getaway.

The place was BEAUTIFUL, HISTORIC and very charming! As were Aimee and Dylan...it was fun to hear about the place and the couples adventures that brought them to take on this venture! They even joined us around the fire for a bit. We plan on going back to see the progress of this brand new B&B! I see great things happening here for them!

Being that the Inn Keepers are BRAND NEW, THIS IS 100% understandable but they weren't all that familiar with things to do.

Leaving his home...

We booked a last minute room at the bed and breakfast while in town for our anniversary. The room was ready in a timely manner and very nice. We enjoyed the quiet relaxing nature of the location and will definitely go back again. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and we left with new friends being made. Highly recommend!

There were no negatives to even mention. Highly recommend!
