This may sound a bit silly but I loved the staircase from floor 1 to floor 2. I am a bit claustrophobic and do not care for elevators. The staircase in your hotel was rustic looking and it reminded me of being in Montana. The stairs were wide enough to put your whole foot on and not steep either. I appreciated being able to use them easily as we were going to be cooped up in our car driving home.

Nothing - it was a very nice hotel!

I thought it was a wonderful hotel; Injust had one problem that was kind of a big deal.

The light (?) in my room kept making a strange loud popping noise that was at irregular times. It was hard to sleep. The noise was also hard to pinpoint ….because it was so loud it bounced off the walls and could tell where it was coming from. But we are pretty sure it was from the light in between the beds.

The breakfast was really good with multiple options. The lady in charge of breakfast was friendly and worked hard to keep everything clean and well stocked. The room itself was adequate.

The room itself could have been cleaner. There was pizza left in our microwave from a prior guest. The mirror was visibly dirty with two clear handprints. For the price paid I expect better.

rooms were updated with very comfortable beds, good showers. main hotel areas were really nicely done in “lodge” decor, rough hewn log look furnishings, rafters, preserved animals (taxidermy) displayed in lobby. entire area very well done. breakfast was exceptional for being included in the nights stay. location was perfect for our needs: we did Fallingwaters, Flight 93 Memorial and then Ft Ligonier.

only negative was lack of places to eat dinner bc most restaurants ere close Mon night, when we were there. this is not in control of the hotel, so not a negative on them. staff was helpful with recommendations for where to go.

Breakfast had a lot and was very clean! Staff were very friendly. Our room was clean and newer finishes. Good location.

Hot tub wasn’t very hot and had no bubbles. They did have a sign saying it was broke. I’m short and the Shampoo bottles are at my eye level. I had to be careful I didn’t shoot myself in the eye. Wish there was a makeup mirror in the bathroom.

The design if the lobby was beautiful. Everything was so clean, significantly more clean than most hotels I stay at. I stayed in a room with a spa tub and that was wonderful, water was hot and tub and jets were clean which is more than some spa tubs I've stayed at. I stay at hotels often and I genuinely feel like this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at for a long time.

The Hotel was beautiful, the spa and pool were very nice and they served a great breakfast. Plenty of pillows on the beds. The location was directly off of the turnpike so it was easy to get to. Nice place.

Our bathroom wasn't very clean. There were spit marks on the faucet and mirror from the prior guests. There was a dirty hand print on the shower wall below the shower head. The inner shower curtain was dirty and moldy. The mirror over the desk was all smeared. No maid service.

New or newly updated. Great place & great room. Front desk people were friendly. Pancake machine was the best!

No food options after breakfast. Had a vending machine on eacb floor but most slots that weren't chips/candy were empty. Would be nice if the front desk had an area to purchase quick / microwaveable optons.

Staff was great, location was great. We made great use of the pool.

Breakfast was average. Additionally, our bathroom had an odd urine smell. It appeared clean and everything else very clean. Perhaps the odor was from cleaning product or perhaps the tile needs steamed and sealed.

Always great to stay here. We love the location, close to many of our favorite laurel highlands spots.

Busier than normal, but that’s not something to fault you for! Very accommodating considering the amount of people staying.
