We loved everything about our stay. We had a queen suite, two beds and a pull-out, and everything was very cozy and clean. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was beyond friendly. Special shout out to Nicole, who helped us out over the phone when we had a last minute scheduling issue. She went above and beyond to help us work out the issue. It was perfectly located for everything we wanted to do in the region.

Our only complaint, and it's such a stupid one I'm embarrassed to say it, was that both of the TV remote batteries were very low. Such a dumb thing to complain about but that's all I can come up with!

I enjoyed the size of the room plenty of space for a family of five. The breakfast daily was an added bonus with plenty of variety. The pool and 24 hour fitness options were awesome. Staff was friendly and kind.

The only solid complaint I would say to be careful on is sleeping on the sofa especially if your an adult as the pull out sofa bed has literally zero support so I had to sleep with out pulling out the bed and sleep at default sofa position.

This is a great hotel! The breakfast spread is fantastic- there is really something for everyone. The room was clean and it was so nice to have a fridge and microwave. The staff was also so nice and friendly. And the location is great!

The only reason why I didn't give the hotel a 10 is because of the pool. It was cold and there weren't any pool towels. When traveling with young kids, having access to a decent pool is a must. Its an indoor pool so I was expecting it to be warm-ish. My kids were shivering after 20 minutes despite being active swimmers.

Excellent property, at a very good location. It is 5 minutes from Hershey Park. My family has allergy issues, so I prefer low allergy environment. Very clean rooms, with low rise carpets, clean indoor swimming pool and overall appears to be a low allergy environment. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was decent, however but I've had more options as I've explained above. The rooms are larger compared to similar price range in the area. Did not use the marketplace, however look like decently start with packed food items. The gym had full range of dumbbells and decent card equipment, so that's a thumbs up. Ample, free parking space. Would love to come back here again

There could be more breakfast options, specially for vegetarians. There is no in-house dining facility, however good eating joints are within 10 minutes drive. The staff can help with a list of good eating joints nearby so this is a minor issue.

Everything was super clean, and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. It is very easy to get to hershey park from this location.

The breakfast did not have a waffle maker set up any days. The fan in the bathroom was broke, and the outlets in the room need to be replaced. Had to find one that could hold a phone charger without falling out.

Everything was clean, and our room was very spacious. The living room area was certainly a plus. The free Breakfast I'd say was about average to slightly above average compared to other hotels we have been to. Coffee was decent! The rooms were quiet and staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. We have paid the same or more for hotels that were not as nice as this one.

Pillows were a bit flat but we brought our own any way.

It was great! Stayed for the night due to snow, also needed a break & time to myself. Hadn't eaten anything all day but the little convenient corner they have saved me! Weather was gettin bad, roads getting slick, so I didn't want to go back out after checking in. They had personal frozen Red Baron pizzas, hot pockets, mac n cheese. Snacks like chips and cookies. Drinks. And travel size items like deodorant, razor & shaving cream even laundry soap. Some little pizzas and a few snacks held me over till their breakfast the next morning. Which was great as well! Eggs looked a little wet but they had little fritta's too! So they had options to choose from. Veggie sausage and Canadian bacon, waffles you make yourself, fruit, yogurts, breads, bagels, muffins, coffee, juices & even chocolate milk! It was great! Thank you so much!

staff was great. Holly, evening manager 1/14 was fantastic, deserves a raise. Handled everything well.

You were hosts to ice hockey parents and players that were horrible. swimming in the pool was taking your life in your own hands. The kids in the lobby played field hockey and shot a ball all over the place while the parents sat and drank. Totally horrible. Holly dad a great job

It was a great location! Close to restaurants and Hersheypark. We also could walk to a lot of places from the hotel.

Could use a bit of updating in the rooms. Maybe a charging station in the rooms for phones, tablets, laptops etc. Also garbage bags in the trash cans.

If my family and I revisit Hershey Park, I will book our stay there again. Our experience there exceeded my expectations, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the breakfast included a full buffet. The egg omelet was delicious, and the homemade waffles were a real treat.
