The hotel was close to Hershey Park, which is what we wanted. This is not by all means a luxury hotel so don't expect one for the price you pay. What you do get is a clean room, and basic necessities such as microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, iron..well you get the picture. Also TV, wifi.....etc. Towels and bed sheets are spotless. No bugs, roaches, or spiders. It's just a place to sleep and it's comfortable. Manager/owner goes above and beyond, very polite, and accommodating. He makes you feel welcomed. Comfortable hotel, great price. Can't beat that!

Location (in a neighborhood off the traffic route), value, ease of registration and payment. Parking close to room, ample towels, tv was easy to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was large and had travel toiletries. Not fancy-didn’t pay for what I never use. Quiet. Hershey Park and restaurants close!

Aged accommodations but expected -a strong air freshener, dark marks of age on doors, carpet is older. Shower curtain had a bit of mildew. Adequate for laying your head down.

Customer service was outstanding. I was meeting my parents from CT, ages upper 80s. They arrived before me, room was on my card. Owner was very helpful in allowing them access to our family room when they arrived. He met them outside and supplied them with room key. During the stay they were very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this motel. It's a couple blocks off the main street so its quiet. Its less than a mile from Hershey park and other attractions.

The location was good, a short walk to chocolate avenue. If you would like to save money and don't mind an out dated style it is good. The staff was very friendly and provided coffee and bagels in the morning. My kids enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, Wich again is older but a good size pool. I would recommend taking your own pillows because the ones provided were pretty flat. Overall we had a great time and would stay again.

Very pleased with Simplicity Inn! Shocked how clean & nice it was there! People we're friendly & helpful. We will stay there again. White sheets were immaculate & no mold in bathroom. Very well kept property. It was pleasantly surprising, not what I expected for a quick trip. I will stay again. I will recommend Simplicity Inn to friends & family!

I would have like the pool to be open. Heated pool would be great addition for winter months. But we really loved the place!.

Helpful and friendly front desk and housekeeping.

The mini fridge was in an unstable desk like cabinet. The sink wouldn’t drain well until I asked the housekeeper to fix it. He fixed it the next day. I also saw a small bug on my bed. I was from out of town so I wasn’t sure why kind of bug it was told the front lady about it she said she will send her husband in to look at it. He said it’s a normal bug grabbed the bug off of the bed. He said it’s not a bed bug. I took his word for it but felt uneasy laying in the bed after that.

Great value and very convenient location staff was extremely pleasant and property was well kept

There were gnats constantly showing up in the bathroom other then that no other issues

The location is close to a lot of great places. You could literally walk to restaurants from the area.

The doors were a little tough to get into, which is good for keeping you safe but not when you are trying to get into your own room

Location is great.. all on wallong distances from shops to the factory.

Bathroom needs to be a bit more cleaner and continental breakfast was just cereal, coffee and juice.. no bagels... thought there might have been more

super close to Hershey park and giant center! we got 3 beds in one room with a fridge, microwave, sink, countertops, and a four-chair table.

the toilet was super close to the ground. we also found a empty chip bag underneath a bed so we weren’t sure how well the room had been cleaned.
