Holiday Inn Express Grove City - Premium Outlet Mall, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was great. Room was ok. stains and old and outdated but was expected with the price. so no big deal. Bed is firm. Pool is too small. So be prepared for that if you go. That is my biggest complaint. They have popcorn popping in the lobby all day which is a nice treat. I would stay here again for the night. Was super close to the outlet. We only stayed one night to shop and will come here again next year. It is not a 5 star hotel and I think you need to just expect that when you go. We were happy with the choice.

Pool too small Bed too firm for me

Location was perfect. Near outlets as well as a bunch of resturants and shops. Breakfast was fantastic. The best Scrambled Eggs I've had a hotel of this level. Everyone was very courteous, welcoming, and were commited to making my stay enjoyable. The suite was great. Whirlpool worked well.

Suite was dated in terms of color scheme and furniture. TVs we're of an older model, and the channel selection was subpar. Reminded me of the TVs at casinos in Atlantic City that have you pay for movies.

I choose Holiday Inn Express because while being a little more expensive than other hotels, they are consistently above average in their staff and housekeeping.

While not a major concern, the hotel was getting a renovation during my stay. I understand sometimes these things need to be done and it was no worry.

The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable! Free parking was available which was nice. They had free tea and coffee anytime. Breakfast was okay, just the usual but my son did enjoy the 1 minute pancakes! Location was good too it was a minute drive from the outlets!

Staff, Location, popcorn, coffee bar and pool and hot tub . Place was clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast bar looked amazing but we didn't try it, we had to leave.

We thought the beds were hard, I couldn't get comfortable. Noticeable wear and tear throughout the room and hotel in general but not a deal breaker. I know it's hard to enforce but we so wanted to use hot tub and pool but there was kids everywhere. I didn't think they was allowed in the hot tub due to age restrictions. Hotels should alot an hour of time for adults to enjoy pool area too.

Close to Grove City College and multiple restaurants for overnight stay getting our boys back to college from out of state. Room perfectly accommodated my family and was very comfortable.

Currently under construction in some areas and there was a strong smell of paint thinner in the hallway getting to our room.

The hotel was quite clean and had a nice little fitness room with hand weights, bands and bosu ball in addition to the cardio equipment. Location was perfect for what we needed for our trip to PA.

Wish we could have had a hot breakfast, but understand that covid regulations prevented that. Also there was very little toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived. I had to ask for a new roll at 5am. And on the second day they didn’t supply us with any additional TP. It felt like they were skimping on this. Also, the shower curtain had been assembled incorrectly and I had to fix it.

pool is warm and hot tub is hot and relaxing. love the pool area here. second time we have stayed here bringing our child to from college. great steakhouse/brewery in the same parking lot! comfy beds and pillows. breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items.

no hand soap at all on our room. very tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles. they need to do some maintenance there is peeling paint and broken tiles throughout hotel.

Even though it is in the middle of renovation, it was still quiet. Room was very nice. We were happy we had adjoinimg rooms. Staff was very helpful.

The covering over wires, under nightstand. Fell off and scratched up my ankle. Front desk was very concerned, and first thing they asked was if I was ok.

Hotel staff was exemplary. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and were so friendly and accommodating. Not a single bad thing to say! Breakfast was great, rooms spotless and front desk team top notch. All of this while undergoing major renovations.
