I was glad that they at least had cereal and milk to eat in the room. I was dropped off and picked up by a friend staying with family, so I couldn't drive to a restaurant.

I was in a handicapped room, which I appreciated since I have a damaged shoulder from an accident. The bed was awfully high for a handicapped suite. It was difficult to get into bed.

The room was well equipped and spotless. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were cozy. The Damentis Italian restaurant on property is a world class Italian American restaurant, it is fine dining and not inexpensive, but as a chef / restaurateur it was worth every dollar. The manicotti and creamed spinach were perfect. if I was ever in that area again I would stay there and dine there again.

The lobby pantry store is not very well stocked.

I loved the view of the valley below! 🌳Very nice to have a free place to do laundry. Location was excellent. Room was really clean. Bed was down right comfortable and cozy! Convenient to have choices of a quick bite and drinks in the freezers in main lobby.

My coffee pot was too small for the coffee maker and I had to hold it up to get the coffee to come out properly. I wish there were heavier curtains and not just sheers on windows. Sun comes shining in way too early and it's hard to sleep past sunrise. 😎 Road entrance is full of pot holes, I almost lost my car in one. 🤪 There's a lot of marijuana being smoked IN the property and I could smell it everywhere. There's a time and place for that 😉

Loved the view, cleanliness, coffeemaker, full size frigidaire, milk and orange juice and other foods available for purchase, easy off highway exit. Were impressed with the items available for guest rental, including crock pots.

There was only 1 cereal bowl, 1 coffee cup and 1 spoon - for the 2 of us. Apparently a new inventory of kitchen equipment was scheduled to arrive soon. Perhaps the front desk could maintain a small supply of plastic utensils and paper bowls/plates in case this situation ever occurs again. Despite this, we enjoyed the convenience of the room and a nice kitchen area.

Full sz fridge, dishwasher even a stove top burner. Much more than we needed but surprised to see this mini suite. The view from the room was incredible. Too bad it was rainy and foggy but it was still beautiful.

We did not know if breakfast was included or not. It wasn't but it would have been a nice option.

The hallways smelled of old smoke- we were 3 floors below main. It is an extended stay place and probably does allow smoking- our room did not. I would definitely stay there again.

The fact that we needed to ask for clean towels every day.

Location was excellent, facility was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean kitchen, pillows could be fluffier they deflated and got hard...my pillow

Pillow poor. Better parking more moving racks for luggage. Rent or borrow wall charges or have lamp with USB hookup.

Free laundry won me over I could prepare meals that’s a huge plus to eating healthy Comfortable beds and a gym
