Amazing historical facility. The room is beautifully designed to keep its nostalgia and very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the long porch facing the main street that is accessible through the hallway. The bathroom is small but had everything placed perfectly. Everything is spotlessly clean. The restaurant is conveniently connected to the hotel. The food is delicious. In the lobby of the hotel, there are framed, autographed photos of famous artists who have stayed at this hotel. The hotel is in the historic district and in walking distance to everything that the town has to offer.

We love staying at The Jim Thorpe Inn. The staff is always great, the Inn is historic, and relaxing. we love sitting on the 2nd floor porch at night, sipping wine from the nearby Wild Elder. The Inn is in a perfect location, you can park upon arrival and walk to shopping, restaurants, museums, activities, the Opera House, and the mansions. we really enjoy eating breakfast at the Broadway Grille daily, which is connected to the hotel. just a perfect stay.

The only thing that is difficult is the parking. whenever you do leave, it's always a worry that they'll be a space in an Inn lot when you return. It's no problem during the week, but the weekend parking in Jim Thorpe overall is very difficult.

Nice big king room on the 4th floor. The hotel has a restaurant adjacent which served a great chicken chowder & hot chocolate. The inn was able to let us into our room early which was appreciated. The inn has a spa services in a hotel down the street. The room had a microwave & refrig. The HVAC system worked well. We were able to park in the hotel parking area. Parking in the town is tight. the bed was comfortable as well as the pillows. Close to restaurants and opera house.

Parking can be difficult throughout the city. The towels were tiny and the shower was not updated.

We asked for a specific room and we got what we asked for. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We parked our car when we got there and never had to move it until we were ready to go home. If you have time to take the Trolley Tour and the Scenic Train Ride between shopping at all of the downtown stores, you wont be disappointed. The staff for both tours are very knowledgeable.

I booked the Broadway Grill for our Anniversary Breakfast. I love a good breakfast and was expecting a nice portion for $13.00pp. What we got was 2 eggs and toast which was great however, the frozen potato nuggets were thrown on the plate approximately a 1/4 cup and most pieces were smaller than a dime. I received 1 piece of bacon. We saw our server 3x's. First two to take our order and bring drinks. Second to bring the check. Not a very pleasant experience.

The location was perfect. We were very close to everything that we wanted to do during our stay. Even though the building was a historical site, it was modern enough to make it comfortable. I enjoyed the activities in the area.

I use several pieces of electronic equipment, computer, phones, and CPAP. I would have liked an easier space to connect to outlets and data ports. Something like a small desk or table to set up everything. Other than that I would not recommend this for those who are not physically capable (i.e. wheelchair or walking aids).

The Inn was very nice. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Staff was very nice and friendly. Great balcony off the second floor with a beautiful view. Lots of chairs and space to just relax. We got take out for breakfast and had a nice breakfast on the balcony. Great location. Didn't find many dining options within walking distance and most everything closed early. But overall a very nice place.

Loved the inn and our room. The breakfast at the restaurant was just ok. But overall, no complaints.

Very nice Hotel, exceptionally clean and very well kept and updated. Beautiful room overlooking the street at night, felt very Christmas City like. Staff was wonderful, bar was very nice and original to the building. We had a wonderful stay and we will be going back again. One minor thing there was no bottled waters in the room but still a 10 out of 10 rating.

I liked a lot of things... how well kept the facility is. The room was very nice and clean. The TV was good. It was very quiet. Also that the front desk checked us in earlier than 3:00 pm and they welcomed us in a very professional way. Since it was our 12th anniversary they gave us two cookies. And when we entered our room we were surprised to see a bottle of wine with 2 wine cups! The front desk arranged our stay to be on the 2nd floor where there was access to a beautiful balcony where you could enjoy the beautiful view of the area also I loved the organic hand soap & cream, and the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers inside the bathtub! It was awesome that in such a busy area we had a parking spot! It was our first time staying in this wonderful historic hotel and the staff made it very special!!!

That the bathroom was kind of small. The refrigerator was too small and didn't have a freezer. The bathroom sink was small.

You wont find a better location with a balance of history, charm, and service. Clearly the building Is from the 1800s so expect narrow halls, crooked floors and overall a feeling of history from the place. Staff were great and the room was adequate for our needs and price point. For a thrill book one of the haunted rooms on the second floor.

Parking is a bit limited for larger vehicles but that's the nature of Jim Thorpe

The Inn at Jim Thorpe is perfectly located on the D&L Bike Trail. My friend and I rode our bikes from the trail, about two blocks, onto the hotel property. They have a secure bike storage unit in the parking lot.

The late breakfast, 0800, during the week is not ideal. It delayed our bike riding departure about an hour or so, which meant we arrived in Bethlehem, PA, later than planned.
