Location is convenient: right off the highway, also on major road, Wilkes Barre Blvd. There's a Perkins restaurants within short walking distance across the parking lot. We wound up eating there twice for dinner to avoid driving after dark. The beds were comfortable. The room was tidy and the bathroom was clean. The sink is in the main room, just outside the bathroom, which is convenient when getting ready. The people at the front desk Saturday and Sunday were very friendly.

The breakfast area could get crowded and there weren't too many options, although breakfast is included in the cost of the room. Housekeeping didn't come to tidy our room after the first night. I think we missed the window while we were at breakfast and then they didn't come back although we were gone from 10am to 4pm. But we were able to get fresh towels at the front desk.

I loved staying at this hotel everything was very good the staff was great every staff member i saw was so nice to me the breakfast was good. I didn't want to leave the hotel but it will be my home away from home in I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know that is going near this hotel. Ras at the front desk is the best great person.

Check in was very easy and the person who checked us in was very kind. He upgraded our room at no extra charge, so we were on the 3rd floor instead of the 1st floor. The beds were very comfortable, everything was so clean, and we slept like logs! We did unfortunately miss breakfast (our own fault) but the later check out let us sleep a little later.

The room was HOT. I tried to turn down the thermostat several times, but the heat just wouldn't go down. Instead, I turned the thermostat off completely. It wasn't uncomfortable enough for us to try to change, but I can imagine it might be for others.

The facility was very clean and the beds were comfy. I also enjoyed the spa it was very relaxing. I also like to say thank u to Kim and her trainee at service desk. I forgot her name and I truly apologize. They made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Great work lady's ! :)

The heated pool wasn't heated. Also the sink was outside the bathroom which I thought was alil odd but other then that my stay was comfortabe and great! :).

Extremely clean room. We stayed at many hotels that week and this by far was the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Loved that the sink was outside the bathroom. Can do hair/makeup and brush teeth while someone showers.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but had a glitch with booking.com as we booked/arrived after midnight and the dates update at the hotel after midnight. We were able to get it settled fairly quickly. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful with the situation.

Clean and comfortable room. It was perfect for an overnight. We didn't take advantage of breakfast, but it looked nice.

We were able to hear our neighbors TV, and they're talking. But this is typical. Our room didn't have usb ports for phone chargers. I've stayed in several properties and most have been equipped with the USB ports on the desk or nightstand. This property does not. Pack a full charger.

We asked for a room close to the door because my husband has difficulty walking and we were giving a perfect room right off the lobby. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was remodeled or new and very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was served till 9:30 and I would have appreciated it being served to a later time. Also my son went to bring breakfast back for my husband but apparently there was a notification that you could not take food back to the room so we missed out on the breakfast.

The room wasn't attended to after we returned on the first day. It was not a big deal, but our wet towels were still on the floor. However, we called the front desk for fresh towels for the morning. They brought them to the room quuckly and removed the wet towels.

Roz was so helpful and efficient , very nice and got us checked in quickly. She was always smiling and it was so nice to see her friendly face in the morning. Eric was helpful and funny . Both worked so hard and many hours. Thank you both for making our stay a great one!

Great location, right next to I-81, and didn't hear a single vehicle. good size pool, very clean. Towels provided in pool area. Comfortable beds, great shower. Good breakfast options. Lemon infused ice water provided in lobby was fantastic. All staff were amazing and friendly.

Too many quick printed notes taped to walls. Could have a better presentation. Notes indicating not allowed to take breakfast food to rooms.
