quiet environment both outside and inside the hotel building the entire time from check in to check out. free parking with plenty available parking spaces throughout the entire parking lot. staff at reception desk was friendly and welcoming. They accept cash payments and don’t charge a security deposit.

walls in the room had some stains from previous stays that could have been cleaned off or covered up better. doorframe around the main door to enter the room was cracked and split making it slightly difficult to shut the door completely to secure the lock. extra wash clothes and towels could have been provided. no regular coffee, tea or breakfast was provided as advertised. only a small portion of decaf coffee was offered. location is a bit of a distance and not many convenient stores or restaurants close to the motel.

The room was comfortably cold when I walked in, especially since it was hot and humid outside and I had just gotten off work as a cook in a very hot kitchen.

The fact that they increase the price for the same room on weekends.. NOT ONE, TWO NIGHTS THE PRICE WAS DIFFERENT. I've become a regular customer here and expected to get the same rate as on weekdays. Very disappointed.

The location was right close to our area of visiting. All was good to better than good. I will stay there again.

Room was missing light bulbs and batteries in the remote. Promptly fixed by manager! Mostly very good.

The Staff is low key nice people who are running a smooth facility with their Maintenance & Housekeeping services. I was very impressed with their manner of professionalism of all around complete process of their operation that this Motel is running.

Room 201 hats problems with the electronic card to open Basically I had to go to front desk every day to set it up the card several times

The air conditioner was nice and cold in room 235, that's why always ask for the same room.

I DID NOT LIKE the smell of MARIJUANA in the hallway.

the tv didn't work. 10$ was taken off a hundred & change room charge. it should've at least been 25$ or mire. i would've went elsewhere but My dog was tired.

The overall stay was good, just better beds like other rooms has.

Staff was sweet, pleasant, and accommodating. The room was absolutely perfect for a overnight stay with my young daughter. Grounds were quiet. The staff even changed my room without a problem when I asked for a bath tub instead of just a stand in shower.
