Breakfast was great and ready by 6:00am which was a plus as we were leaving at 6:30am. Room was clean and the bed was like sleeping on a big fluffy cloud !! Pool looked nice as did the work out and business center areas. Bed was clean ! after working in the industry many years ago that is my main concern.. clean bed linens!!

Was not told return of security deposit is 7-10 business days. Room appeared clean but smelled like Odo Ban, dog urine and cig smoke, and bathtub needs a good going over.

Bed very comfortable. Room was quiet. My only problem was faucet in sink had the hot and cold water taps reversed. It took a while to figure it out although the faucet was marked like nearly all faucets the indicator is small.

One elevator stopped working over weekend so it was a bit crowded in morning. Seating at breakfast was limited on weekends, the hotel was probably close to full. One of my navigation programs didn't work with a Reading address, it took me to a Giant Grocery store. Using Shillington as address is a better idea but I guess nobody would look for Shillington.

The room, bed, and bathroom was clean and The breakfast was very good. Lots of hot food to choose from, good coffee. The day and night staff really nice. The lady who bring out the food, she speaks many languages, she was kind. My family and I had a great experience, We will come back! Thank U.

It would have been nice to be able to sit in the breakfast room, with my small dog AFTER breakfast. If your charging a dog fee then then the dog should be able to go to different places in the hotel. And this would include the breakfast room after no one's in there. Even if I just wanted to watch TV.

The rooms were very spacious and the beds were fairly comfortable. The bathroom was small but sufficient. The breakfast was average but sufficient. Parking was easily accessible.

Our sweet had two rooms but only one of the television's worked. The carpets in the hallway and rooms needed cleaning. Some of the fixtures in the hotel and room were warned and needed pair or cleaning. Some of the drywall repairs we're slipshod. The hotel Decor is a little dated. The first floor windows stared directly into people's headlights in the parking area. There was obvious water damage in the hallway that was still under repair.

Rooms seemed to be updated a little . And man that cool little pancake machine at breakfast was awesome.

Seems the local police like to hang around the hotel parking lot. Made me feel a little unsafe

The dogs barking. Both nights. People talking loudly in hallway late at night.

Good location. Nice breakfast. Clean pool.

Room had weird smell. We had 4 adults but only enough towels for 2. Got more from front desk but they were threadbare and one was ripped. Handtowel had what looked like mascara on it..

Thank you to the kind and friendly staff. Also I think it is classy that they wear uniforms. I have been placed where they wear wrinkled, frayed, and stained street clothes. Not professional. This staff gave you the confidence that rooms would be clean, needs met, and breakfast fresh.

Price is high for the area.

The room was newly renovated and very clean. It had a refrigerator and a microwave. Bed was comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and cared about keeping the place clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful.

That it was well secure and it had police patrolling the area also, staff was very polite and breakfast was great.

I didn’t have too much that I didn’t like the hotel was close to Wawa I had a diner in the front of it there were plenty of gas station and other food places around.
