This was the first Home2 Suites we have ever been in, and because our experience was so good we have stayed in several more along the east coast. The Ephrata hotel is the best one of all in all ways. The location is also perfect because there is a beautiful little park behind the hotel, with trails, as well as a lovely neighborhood. Also, there are major stores and eateries across the street. For outdoor people, there are many places nearby to hike, walk, and canoe or kayak. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. And for us, we love that we can bring the dog. I highly recommend this hotel.

The laundry was taken by someone who was apparently washing clothes for the week , it took almost 3 hours to wash my sons soccer uniform because of the wait. Also the breakfast could be a lot better , the waffle mix wasn’t refilled, the coffee took 20 mins to refill as well , I think having an extra person helping the lady w the breakfast during rush hour would make the experience more pleasant , In addition, there wasn’t any whole milk , only fat free .The breakfast was essentially a poor attempt to provide guests w a meal .

There was so much attention to details of comfort in this room, right down to the curtain that could be pulled out to divide the sleeping and living areas. The beds were very comfortable - even the pull-out sofa bed! There was plenty of storage space, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were traveling with small children, and the large size of the room gave plenty of space for them to burn up their energy before bed! As a bonus, we were able to get a hot plate - free of charge - for in-room cooking.

The only issue we experienced was that the walk-in shower tended to splash a lot, leaving the bathroom floor slick. Also, the bathroom ventilation was not particularly effective, which compounded the problem. However, no one was injured. :-)

Spacious room, great temperature control, quiet, clean, lots of counter and drawer space, and welcomes dogs. Our dog loved it too.

Well, I appreciate a decent kitchen, so a stovetop is fairly essential. While they did provide an induction plate with a small pan, which we never used, we had brought our own electric wok, which saved the kitchen issues. As with almost all hotels, there are never adequate bars to hang towels. I just don't understand that. Also, an inexpensive little extra touch would be to have under-cabinet lights for all that counter space.

The breakfast was good. Nice variety. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool was nice, my son didn't want to get out of it. The location was great. Nice and peaceful. The lobby was nice. Had board games and computers.

I don't have any complaints. Nothing was wrong with the facility. So, with that being said everything was great.

wasn’t too happy this time around. I didn’t like that in the pool there was a team of kids in the pool & weren’t behaving. there was no discipline. My little girl didn’t enjoyed the pool because of lack of respect to other customers staying there. & breakfast could’ve been a little better! more variety in bagels & danish. counter could’ve been wipe down better. I’ve stayed here before & it was great. I think this time it was just to over pack with kids that don’t behave & don’t care. couldn’t enjoy the facilities this time around.

Breakfast good. Liked the shelf area to put items on. Much easier to sort through items that we brought along.

Would still like to have the room cleaned each day without asking for it. I know staff is probably short and you save money but that is one thing I always appreciated when I traveled.

loved that it was away from the highway. The staff was very friendly and greeted us coming and going. The entire place looked like it was just built. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel large bottles attached to shower wall. No need to pack your own!

Trish at check in , was very kind and sweet . She was so accommodating, and made sure everything was as expected. Trish deserves extra recognition for sure!!

Room was roomy and spacious but a tiny bit smelly. DIRTY FEET WE THOUGHT. I sprayed with lysol..it went away.

The breakfast was excellent, as fast as the food was depleted,it was stocked, so the hot foods were hot. The receptionist Matt was very polite and made me and my family feel very welcome. Thank you Home2.
