The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The temperature was easy to maintain at a comfortable level. The shower was good and plentiful. The service in the breakfast room was friendly and accommodating. The front desk clerk responded promptly when the TV in our original room didn't work.

There were no scrambled eggs after the first day, and bagels were in short supply - we never got there in time for them. The bathroom sink was cracked, and the lampshade on the desk was damaged badly. The worst problem was that I thought that I was reserving our accommodations at the same place we stayed last summer. I expected to find a kitchen with dishes, eating utensils, etc. I made a mistake. Next time, I'll make sure that I reserve a room at the Marriott Residence Hotel, which is where we stayed for over a week last summer. It's not your fault.

everything was ok breakfast wasnt same foods everyday bc of covid most likely but what they had was very good served hot foods on weekends an hot breakfast sandwitches also dureing week coffee was good only thing was pool you could not get in bc of levels of something that we were really looking forward to doing but hopefully next trip will be ok. ladies serveing breakfast were so nice an people at front desk were very nice trip was very good not long enough i stayed 5 nights enjoyed it.

liked everything about trip only thing was pool could not use bc of levels of something hopefully will be ok next time i called to make sure was open but day after got there something was wrong with chemicals had to do something so could not use any days was there but enjoyed my stay either way .plenty stores restaurants around there and everyone all employees were very friendly very nice so enjoyed my time there am n looking forward to comeing back soon. only other thing was tv didnt have many channels to watch had regular channels but no channel 17, bravo, bet, E, lot sport channels but was still ok

The room was a nice size, clean and comfortable. They provided towel sets as we requested, and breakfast has a good layout each morning. We appreciated our families rooms being across the hall from each other.

There was nothing that I really didn't like. A suggestion, larger trash cans in the open ice area on the floors for guests to put their trash in.

Very Large rooms, had 2 double beds and a full pull out couch. Mini fridge, microwave, and 42inch TV. Stayed by myself, so tons of room that was mostly unneeded but very nice. Breakfast was nothing special but scrambled eggs, sausage and cereal so not a bad way to start the day at all. Overall, great experience.

No complaints

Breakfast was fine. We did not have anybody come into the room for 6 days which was okay. We didn't have any needs and the privacy was good. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were too, which is great.

I didn't like that you could smell cigarette smoke in the hall sometimes. It may have come from people just coming in, but the way it lingered, I questioned it. I have asthma and breathing struggles, which makes some odors difficult.

The staff was enthusiastic, engaging, attentive, and appeared to like their jobs and it shows. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! I have never stayed at a hotel that offered breakfast for their guests that was like yours. 👏👍

The floors rugs in the hallways needs replacing. Looked kind of worn..

It was festive. Pumpkin contest. Nice decorations for Fall and Halloween. The girls in the kitchen that made and served breakfast made the stay very pleasant. They went above expectation. They should be acknowledged by their manager for all their hard work and friendliness. We looked forward to seeing them every morning for 6 days. Hard workers that know what customers like. Safety hazards were address immediately when a child spilled his juice. They were observant and on top of things. They handled the crowds on weekends very professionally. Kudos to both of them.

Everything was fine.

The hotel is tucked around the corner of two somewhat busy streets. The room was quiet and comfortable I like the room design, which worked well for our 5 night stay. the bar area provided a mini frig, microwave, and sink. the sleeping area and bath were semi-divided from sitting/bar area. The staff was very courteous, professional, and helpful. The location provides nice routes in and around Willow Grove/Abington, as well as easy access to the PA Turnpike. the Lexus dealership with the pink parking lot lighting makes a great landmark for finding the turnoff at night! If i return to this area again, the SpringHill Inn & Suites will be my first consideration.

Some updating is needed; carpet was frayed in some areas. Daily attention to room needs, I.e., fresh towels, trash removal, will be good to have again.

The spacious room, quiet ambiance and breakfast.

Because of the special rates, Springhill suites attracted quite a few unsavoury guests. They were rowdy and I smell cigarette or weed smoke along the corridors. Also there were guests, dressed in normal clothes, swimming in the pool. There were no enforcement actions by the staff.

On the day before checking out we saw a mouse. The staff provided another room on the other side of that floor which we were appreciative!
