We came to Philadelphia for a family event. Many thanks to the staff who kindly accommodated our big family gathering and didn't kick us out of the dining room after breakfast and into the evening. Most of us haven't seen each other since 2019, so we had lots of catching up to do! Our room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options were good, but could have been a little better a wider variety of fruits or vegetables. When we checked in, we requested every other day cleaning, and we got that.

There were a few little disappointments that didn't seem to live up to the brand.. In the photos on Booking, they showed Paul Mitchell individual toiletries. I was happy that I wouldn't have to bring my own. In reality, there were pumps of some other brand that had lavender, to which I'm allergic. So we had to run out and get toiletries at a substantial cost for travel sizes. The hair dryer was only on request, which was surprising. Our room had zero sound isolation from the corridor, so it was noisy with the sound of fans and other doors slamming all night. The door frame looked a bit beat up so maybe that's only our room. All in all, though, a good stay, and we'd stay here again.

The front staff was so happy and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean very neat and very big and lots of room to move. Breakfast was the best I ever had. What a great experience I would definitely stay here again I love the pool I love the gym and everything about this hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel everything was great I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a really good experience and a clean and neat comfortable please to stay highly recommend this hotel

The location was great right near titmpoke and wollpw Grove mall as for breakfast should be a little longer fot people who are not early rivers and the eggs was not my favorite cold and hard need to mske egsd less hard and the sausae cook a little more bit ovrrall was a great place for the weekend

Breakfast the eggs were cold and the ssysage was nit cooked long enoughand breakfast shild be extended untl 12 noon for la te risers and check out later than 11;00 try 12noon

The price was right, the room was immaculately clean, breakfast was better than most hotels I've stayed at & the location was very convenient to Philadelphia (without the Philadelphia prices!)

The staff is was polite and helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean! I love that they have larger shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower. The hotel was sold out and it was still quiet! Lots of parking and free breakfast.

There isn't any lighting at the full length mirror. My quiche was cold and the juice was colored water at breakfast but everything else was great! Small price to pay.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hint if the reservation is for 4 people you really should have 4 sets of towels.

Exercise room was way too warm. It was set at 75 degrees with little to no air circulation which is to hot. Room was too close to the elevator. Heard the dinging all night.

The location was great for our stay. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast the second day was plentiful.

We asked for a clean duvet as the one in our room appeared to be dirty. Unfortunately we never received it so we had to use it again. Breakfast the first morning was not good (no sausage or orange) and very limited remaining items.

The room was just right. Bed was comfortable. It was clean and decorated nicely. The bathroom was roomy and clean. The shower was the best one I had all trip. The staff at the front desk- Emily went the extra mile for everyone. She was so kind and even gave us change out of her own money to exchange out dollars, so we could do laundry. I would stay here again for sure!

The sheet did not really fit the bed, but that was a minor inconvenience compared to our overall great stay!

The staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful! The hotel was clean and well kept! In a very nice area. This was a last minute trip and many hotels were full, but this hotel had great ratings at a price lower than most! It was a bargain! We are planning to stay there again next year!!!!

When we arrived in our room, we went to use the bathroom and the toilet was clogged. We called the desk and the girl was genuinely apologetic and immediately switched our room She apologized many times. We we're a late check in and not her fault. The second room was as clean as the first and we had no issues! The breakfast is a nothing fancy, which is what I expected. I got some eggs and they were super over salted. Those being my only issues, but the cleanliness and great staff far out weigh those issues. A great place to stay overall!

Very courteous young lady at the front desk who gave me a rund down on the amenities available to me and checked me in promptly. Very clean and comfortable room. Nice hotel.

Only small issue was the bedside lamp was out. Not a big deal. I didn't call to have the bulbs replaced, I just let the hotel know about it when I checked out.
