Everything was perfect from the facility to the rooms. I think all staff members should be more welcoming and pleasant to speak with especially when checking in.

Perfect location, outdoor fire pits, complete kitchen with a full refrigerator, excellent staff ! Great breakfast offered every morning. Timeline should be 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM weekdays and 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM weekends. Currently it’s 6-9 AM weekdays, 7-10 AM weekends.

“”Price almost double Airbnb alternative !!”” Very limited restocking of paper towels, toilet paper, regular towels, and bed sheets. Considering the cost, I had to request all of those items too often!

Everything regarding our stay was phenomenal! The breakfast was exceptional, we couldn't of asked for anything more. The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel far exceeded any expectations, gorgeous accommodations! I will absolutely seek out this hotel for future stays. It truly felt like home away from home!

I honestly cannot think of anything needing approved upon other than maybe slightly bigger trash cans in kitchen area????? (not that much of an issue though).

We loved everything. The suite was immaculate, beds were comfortable,the staff was polite everything was great, this will be our go-to for all our trips to Hatboro.

The guests in the room above us. I don’t know how many kids were in the room but I would guess a dozen by the sound of the running and jumping. after driving for 8 hours we were looking forward to sone resin well all I can say is than god for earplugs.

Breakfast was excellent as it varied every day. Kitchen was well laid out.

The bathroom really needs an exhaust fan. The 2 kitchen chairs provided were comfortable but were heavy and cumbersome and a third kitchen chair would have been most welcome as there were 3 adults in the room.

The room was spectacular - high ceilings and lots of space. Impeccably clean. Our best room of our entire 2-week trip.

Breakfast was excellent - only disappointment was the use of disposable plates, glasses and utensils... kinda sad and didn't do justice to the quality of the hotel.

The fact that hotel staff let a group party outside on the patio until 2 in the morning and it woke me up

It was comfortable and nice. My dog even had a good time.

Front desk has giving me the wrong room! I had to go back down stairs! The lady gave me two beds and it was supposed to be a king bedroom! So another staff member had to help and correct the situation.

Nicely renovated property

Unfriendly staff in the breakfast area. Very very unfriendly and rude. Short staffed at the front desk. Ran out of towels for 2 days in a row.

The hotel was comfortable and clean. My dog even had a good time.

The front desk had given me the wrong room they gave me 2 beds and I asked for a king size bed. So another staff member had the correct and wait to get the king's eyes room.
