We asked to have our room cleaned every other day and they had some kind of miscommunication but after 3 days they got it right

I was on the website and your website said that the hotel wasn’t pet friendly. To my surprise I saw a animal. If l had known that l wouldn’t have stayed l have really bad allergies

The complimentary breakfast was devoid of taste... I will pay for breakfast next time. To be fair, it was standard Hampton Inn breakfast fare... fake eggs, fake sausage, and biscuits as hard as hockey pucks.

The room was great. It was huge compared to other hotels we have stayed in. My dad uses a scooter to get around so there was plenty of room for him to park it in the room with enough space for us to move around. The breakfast was good. So many choices.

Lol ..the TV could have been a little bigger to match the room.

We had a really great stay at Hampton. We were making a 6 hour trip with a 1 year old, and this was the half way point, so we decided to stay 1 night. We were very pleased with the price, especially once we saw the hotel. The hotel staff at check-in was phenomenal - so kind, brought a pack & play to our room for us, was overall great. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were stocked with all the amenities you would need. The continental breakfast, which we usually skip at most hotels, was GREAT and had everything we needed to get a little one and ourselves fed. Good food, good options, and very clean dining area. I also like to note small things I notice, like the fact that their lobby bathroom had a basket of complimentary feminine products- these are small things to hotels, but big things to guests! Highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable, clean, nice size

Rate charged due to it being Parents weekend at Clemson. Checked prices for weekend before and weekend after and price this weekend was several hundred $ more. Such a shame to price gouge!!

Taracia (I'm pretty sure that's how to spell her name!) was absolutely stellar! She checked us in at 10PM on a Friday, and checked us out at 11AM on the next day. She was friendly, informative, extremely helpful, seemed like she was doing the jobs of 3 people, didn't complain, was efficient, and just all around incredible! Thank you! You need more people like her around!!!

The layout of the room was a bit strange, compared to other Hampton Inn's I've stayed at. There was a weird, large floor lamp as you walk into the room that looked like it should have been somewhere else. Also, the lamp shades on the 2 bedside lamps seemed to be upside down? The desk was in a dark, lonely corner, so the whole room just felt...strange....instead of the "homey" feeling the rooms usually have.

more than one chair in the room would have been nice. the one chair was not comfortable. after awhile we got tired of sitting on the bed

The room was pretty spacious and clean. The breakfast had a variety so wasn’t difficult to find something for everyone.

The bathtub was not very clean. Sides of tub still had dirt and hair.

Super clean hotel. Great location. Awesome water pressure and super comfy bed. Jana was terrific on check in. Just loved the whole experience.
