I didn’t see a swimming pool. So the front employees were terrific. I asked for assistance to keep flowers cool before checking in. They had solutions. We interacted with these same employees multiple times and their friendliness and responsiveness made the key difference in our stay. The grounds and adjoining center were lovely. We had coffee from the Starbucks and had brunch at Sole. I had a morning walk around the grounds and trail - lovely. We were in for Clemson’s ring ceremony but spent much of our time at hotel relaxing in room and common areas.

It was a terrific visit. Our room’s black curtain pull had issues/broken at the top so there was a gap which resulted in light in room while napping and sleeping. We could hear sounds from the hallway and neighbors.

I loved the ample and convenient parking, the manicured grounds, the beautiful lake view, and the all-Clemson decor in the lobby and the suite. The desk clerk on the morning of November 25 and the housekeeper near suite 121 the same morning were exceptionally courteous and friendly. The fold-out sofa in the suite was wonderfully comfortable to sleep on.

The deadbolt lock was hard to operate on the patio door; I found trash from a previous guest under the fold-out sofa; both sheets for the fold-out sofa were ripped; there were not quite enough water and coffee cups for 4 people.

Property grounds are very pleasant to walk around with golf course and lake views. On site restaurant had great outdoor seating. We were there in Fall on a non-football weekend so property was quiet, not crowded so parking was plentiful and getting table to eat at restaurant was easy.

Room air conditioner looked like it may need maintenance. Not sure if just me, but room was either freezing or I was sweating.

I didn't know breakfast was available. I thought they only had dinner after 5pm. We ordered room service and would have done that for breakfast if that was an option. Food was great and room was super convenient to parking and for accessing the outdoors for our dogs. This place is amazing and I will be back for sure. Beautiful setting with walking trails by lake. Appreciated dog bag stations as well. Staff was friendly. Rooms were quiet and peaceful. Front desk staff was helpful.

I wanted breakfast room service or at least quick grab OJ/Coffee/muffins/hash browns/bacon etc and a clean coffee maker in our room. Ours was very dusty and unclean and off-putting for us. Bottled water in room would be nice like most hotels offer. Took 2 days to get our room serviced even after asking for it (we just wanted clean towels and to have our trash picked up but due to covid this is understandable). I still think this place is great. I love it here. This was my home away from home while my own home was being shown for sale and I was here exploring the area to buy a new home. It was perfect for me and my dogs.

Is very clean and well-maintained hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We found the hotel to be very nice and very well kept and the room is very clean and everything seems to be updated and above standard condition. The surrounding area is very nice as well being close to the lake and having a good restaurant attached is a plus as well.

Everything was very good the only thing I could say is the pool was a little far being outside a good bit away from the hotel but other than that everything else was great and very accommodating. We had a really good time using the pool for my daughter's 11th birthday party.

beautiful view of lake, easy access to morning coffee and breakfast items, nice restaurant on property and very comfortable beds and pillows. the suites are large two room spaces. Staff was very friendly.

Location requires driving to get everywhere including campus. Pool is closed off season (outdoors). Would be nice to have lounge chairs outside on patio to enjoy the nice weather.

Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in for the price! Room was very clean, beds were extremely comfortable, staff very friendly.

There was no property directory in our room to tell us about the amenities, etc.

The room was beautifully updated with Clemson theme and we couldn't have asked for a better location for visiting the college. The beds were comfortable and the room was super clean! There were beautiful grounds around the hotel to walk around while waiting for our table at Sole on the Green, the restaurant housed in the same building. We had the most delicious and budget friendly dinner there!

We were a little bummed that there weren't any breakfast items out to grab and go - like even fruit and granola bars, etc.. Also, the room felt a little cramped.

The hotel is conveniently located to Clemson University, which we were visiting. The room was comfortable and we had a lovely view of the lake.

The only negative was that you could not fish from the dock out back.
