Everything was very nice. Staff was always welcoming and friendly each time we interracted. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and comfortable.

The lady at the desk was unable to tell us where the room was. We arrived late and had to look for the room. She said it was out front when in fact it was around back and on the opposite side from where she said. Our second night there we got to the hotel at 9:00 p.m., and the door to the room next door was wide open. In the morning, it was still wide open. Apparently no one had gone to have a look to make sure everything was closed up.

Great location! Surrounded with places to eat and shop! If you prefer to walk while you shop it is the perfect location. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is amazing. It was a very pleasant place to stay especially if traveling with your pet!

The included breakfast options could use a slight upgrade, and you have to sign into the wifi every time you wish to use it. Other than that a wonderful stay!

located in a central area easy to get to all the waterfalls and things the town has to offer. Room was clean, bed was comfortable , staff was very nice and helpful.

The water in shower does not get hot . It’s a luke warm at best. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

This is a non-smoking facility, which is awesome. The first room we were assigned smelled of smoke the minute we opened the door. I immediately went to the front desk and they reassigned us a room. Room was clean and spacious.

The swimming pool was cloudy with debris in it from a storm that was 2 days prior. We were there 2 nights and the water never cleared up.

Breakfast was a little less than I expected, nothing wrong just disappointing, room was clean and it was quieter than I remember.

size of the beds, one was great for one person but for two it was very snug

Excellent location, great Mexican restaurant short walk away and coffee shop as well. Major retailers across street. Very neat, clean, quiet even though on a Main road. Great value, we stay here whenever we in town. Breakfast is ok, waffles/yogurt/cereal, coffee is very good.

Friendliness of the staff. Located near restaurants and commerce. Short drive to hiking trails. Microwave and fridge in the room. Comfortable beds and great pillows. Charger for phone. Breakfast buffet.

TV in breakfast room was on. I would have preferred it to be off. I guess I could have asked to have it turned off...I didn't think of that until now.

Good location with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels on Clemson football weekends.

Coffee was not good in lobby. Breakfast could have been better. Beds are very worn.

Very accommodating...early check in Amanda very helpful. Good breakfast and coffee always available!. I like that it's convenient to everything. Seneca has so much to do. Good shopping and restaurants. This is a good hotel.

Need dog clean up stations around property in grassy area ....lots of poop not picked up.... irresponsible pet owners.......need enforcement of cleaning up after pets! This lobby was very clean. Nice to feel like a valued guest
