The place was very clean and had a rather upscale look in the lobby. The room was clean. No complaints. Just stayed one night but literally next door to Walmart, perfect. Mall and restaurants nearby. Beds were comfortable. Sofa bed made it a fit for my family of 7 (dad and baby boy on 1 bed, mom and daughters on 2nd bed and teen brothers on sofa bed. Yes, definitely need a condo type deal but we couldn't afford it right now so this worked out.) Staff were decently pleasant. The ladies on night shift were nice. Tv was huge. Enjoyed everything.

The man who was in charge (I presume) was really rude to a lady as her son had been careless and kept making small messes that he had to clean up. While I totally understand how frustrating that can be, the lady was super apologetic and was trying to sweep it up but he snatched the broom from her and does it himself with a rude demeanor. Definitely did not look good. And now I have to check myself because I can get frustrated and behave the same way and people could be watching me and get turned off just like I am now. We live and we learn. Breakfast was meh that morning.

Ease of parking proximity to room, size of room, and price per night.

Pillows are old. Have to be stacked to make 1 good pillow. This is a trend in almost every hotel I stay in that the bed pillows are terrible, be it Hilton, Marriott or Days Inn, it is always pretty much the same wherever you go and stay. The blackout curtains in my room dud not completely reach the bottom, and allowed street light to come in at night. I used rolled up bath towels to create an additional light blocker.

Breakfast was not welcoming. The hours were 7 to 10. Food and juice were out by 845 which would have been fine but the employee was very rude when asked if the food would be refilled. She seemed inconvenienced. If you dont have the staff to take care of breakfast, it shouldn't be offered. I learned at checkout that the front desk attendee was her also.

The hotel was spotless! However, my favorite part was the warmness from the manager, Andrea (?). She was exceptionally professional, kind, and just so nice. I didn't get to eat the breakfast but I"m sure it's good. Also, another great part was the noise level. The hotel was full and I heard no neighboring travelers or people being loud in the hallways. Thank you!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very soft which I definitely appreciated. They had guest laundry services available which came in handy for me. Also, I saw that they had a grill on the patio outside. The hotel had a good selection for breakfast which included juice, coffee, fruit, biscuits, gravy, fried eggs, sausage, waffles, and assorted cereal/muffins. The location of the hotel was great since you can easy walk to Walmart which is located behind the hotel. The Columbiana Centre mall is just across the street from the hotel. The guy who worked the front desk during the evening was very helpful.

Breakfast bar had lots of variety, juice, milks, tea/coffee available. I always enjoy the waffle maker :-) Hot bar was not my favorite with flat unappetizing eggs but it had biscuits that were yummy. It also had cold and packets for hot cereals and bananas. Overall a pretty good selection. The room was large with a very comfortable king bed and lots of pillows, a couch, good sized TV, nice walk-in shower, good assortment of complimentary toiletries. Everything was very clean. There were plenty of power outlets for powering my tech devices. All of the staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and valued as guests.

The juice dispenser wasn't working properly.

We really planned on breakfast on first morning so we could leave at a reasonable hour to Augusta. There was no hot breakfast. The worker did not show up so we had to leave and go to a fast food drive thru. Breakfast was a reason I booked at this hotel. We had two rooms. I feel I should be compensated.

Bathroom could be cleaner… all corners are dirty…bathroom door lock wasn’t working… and probably you wish not to have holes on bed sheets… I’ve got a nock on the door around 9.36am… ‘are you checking out?’ seriously?!?! it is stated everywhere that check out time is 11.00am…

The breakfast was good, really great coffee. My kids loved the indoor pool! Staff were helpful & attentive.

The floor in the bathroom was bubbling up and warped, needs to be fixed.

The breakfast was great! However, the coffee machine therefore the coffee was HORRIBLE. Get rid of the instant, disgusting coffee machine. The daytime check in staff was also helpful and very willing to answer our questions and solve prolrms.
