Breakfast was quite good. Room very spacious.

Sink was in the room instead of bathroom. Poor plumbing maintenance. Toilet water ran all day & night. Sink drain was partially clogged. Water drained very slowly.

Very quite & easy to access. This was my first stay here at Hyatt Place & the minute I walked into the lobby, the staff was very friendly & acted happy to be there. The atmosphere was very inviting. Check in was fast & easy. My room was wonderful & furnished very nicely. Everything in the room catered to the guest. Bed very comfortable & everything was impeccably clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Quite honestly there isn’t anything I would change. As a solo traveler & being a woman, it’s of the utmost importance I feel safe & comfortable. This property excelled in both areas. I left my coffee mug on my car & it was still there the next morning!

the staff was some of the friendliest, most helpful, staff I’ve ever delt with in a hotel. the room was very clean and we had to leave for a day and housekeeping came in and cleaned while we were gone and even straightened all my shoes out for me, I’ve never had that happen before. the hotel it’s self was clean and nice and I didn’t see any bugs or anything gross the whole time. the construction crews were even friendly and we never were disturbed or heard any noise while they were working. I always bring Lysol wipes to clean the room before my family uses anything and even tho I didn’t feel the need to clean I did anyway and the wipes didn’t get any dirt on them, not even from the remote or door handles, the beds were also super comfy. if your in the area I highly recommend this property and I look forward to staying here agin.

The room was big and spacious. Clean. Excellent hot breakfast every morning. I also appreciated that they supplied us with actual China and silverware to use while we eat as well as paper plates and plastic silv.erware. The environment overall was nice.i look forward to staying at another Hyatt Place.

There are no microwaves in the room. None in the entire hotel. I was told this was due to upcoming renovations, but still, that was a major inconvenience, especially having toddlers whose food you have to warm up or milk with hot cereal.

had to beg to get clean towels, asked three days in a row and was not done. finally found one of your housekeeping staff and she immediately got my towels. don’t like the fact the rooms are not cleaned if you are staying more than one night. could not print my boarding passes as the computer did not recognize the printer. emailed passes to front desk but they were not able to get them up as boarding passes, just gibberish. your staff is your crowning glory

The hotel is absolutely quiet - couldn’t here anything, including usual road noises at a distance. The staff was very friendly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was the best we had pos-Covid - nice variety. A convenient surprise was that Cracker Barrow was just across the parking lot. Since our stay was work related, it was wonderful to just walk there for a late and quick dinner.

Issue was resolved, but the bed was made with just the sheet. We found one thin cotton blanket in the closet, but had to ask for another one as the temperature was at 50, otherwise, we would have to blast the heat. My recommendation to management is to make a note that the seasons have changed and the beds should be dressed appropriately.

Convenient location right off the highway and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious; loved the partial partition between the bed and living area. Breakfast was excellent - great selection.

This is so minor, but the refrigerator in the room was a little too noisy. Particularly noticeable late at night during sleep hours.

Very kind and helpful staff, especially a couple of the cleaners who helped me try to locate my lost keys. The rooms were spacious and large, with extra office suite.

Pool and sitting area not open. Large extra fee for pets to stay.

The staff were respectful and always smiling. The front desk always on point, in check in and out. The cleaning staff were great. would stay again if in that area again.

That Building was going though some updates and the room I was in needs updates , the sofa bed should get replaced, I did't bitch about it, just rolled with it. Pool was closed.

The employees were extremely helpful, joyful experience and enjoyed watching those work together with laughter. It speaks volumes that the employees are comfortable and happy as well so this sets a welcoming atmosphere. I don’t stay and have cancelled reservations at hotels knowing the employees weren’t happy with their jobs. This shows there’s a healthy balance in management a well that’s not out of touch with all parties needs. Thus, making the overall experiences pleasant! Everyone was eager to help me with my baby. I was traveling from Atlanta for a family emergency and back home to Myrtle Beach
