we were very pleased with everything. The room was clean and spacious. Full size fridge with ice maker, two burner range and microwave and dishwasher. had no idea. Loved full length mirror on the bathroom door and work area that my husband made good use of. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good as well. plenty to chose from. The location felt safe and so much to do as far as shopping just down the street. 😀

I’m not complaining but it would be nice to have a bit bigger area for breakfast. they weren’t extremely busy at this time so we were good.

It was very clean and in a great location

The bed was not that comfortable and first day of breakfast they ran out of food awith 30 minutes left of breakfast didn't cook anymore waited over an hour for coffee the next day they didn't have anyone there to cook breakfast until an hour after it was supposed to be ready

Everything exceeded my expectations. Room was nice. 24 hr coffee a plus. Beds comfortable. Everything was clean. No hoodlums and street guys and gals swarming like most of the hotels in Columbia. Great location. We extended our stay 2 additional days.

They served the same breakfast whole time we were here. Boiled eggs, sausage patties, and French toast sticks. But it was breakfast and it was hot so we still appreciated it

Very clean room, quite, comfortable bed and good value. We stayed for a few nights in a king suite. Thanks for a great stay!

If we were to complain about anything, I'd say you couldn't walk around the bed when the sleeper sofa was in use. Not enough room. Also, the room could use some more lights or brighter light bulbs.

The suite was everything and more that you could need..So uniquely set up.. Little surprises everywhere.They thought of everything..The bed, pillows and comforter...The best..very clean and cozy..,it was a very very clean place and a very convenient location...

Breakfast seemed to have issues.

Parking availability and paying a charge for the guest to bring luggage through outdoor parking lot, across an alleyway to an exterior hallway that leads the guest to a locked exterior door. Should not have to pay for this inconvenient parking.

The front desk woman authorized my card 3 times. Twice for $110 and once for $20, totalling $240 for a $106 night stay. This caused an overdraft in my account when my car payment came out this morning. On top of that some jerk had put his/her pizza box trash outside our door. It was there when we checked in around midnight from our 6 hour drive. The hotel is quite nice but the rest Made it not a good experience. Because of this we probably won't be back.

Most of the staff were extremely friendly and fun

There were a bunch of little pillows on the bed. I would have preferred one or two big ones. Would have liked an indoor pool too but that wasn't necessary

Comfortable and quiet. Clean

Breakfast was really sub-par considering it was part of the price of admission. And while the majority of the room was clean, the baseboards in the bathroom had hair and dirt caked on them.

The room layout was more than what I expected, I will definitely go back and stay in your facility every time I will travel to Columbia, the location is perfect.
