I was not expecting an apartment. All the. comforts of home. Stove, microwave and full size refrigerator. Extremely clean. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not that good. Eggs were watery. Sausage was cold. Coffee was lukewarm. The utensils were all facing up instead of the handles facing up. Which is VERY UNSANITARY. The young lady working the breakfast area (I forgot her name) heard me talking to my husband and informed us that this is the way she told to do it. She was friendly and polite. I told her I understood and would mention it my review. We stayed at Towneplace on May 17, 2024 and the food was the same way then.

The location was great. I like how it was conveniently located near different restaurants, the mall and shopping. I love the kitchenette as well. Next time, I will bring groceries and cook! I like the breakfast also!

I would have liked bacon included as a choice for breakfast. The couch and office chair weren't the most comfortable; seemed kinda stiff. But honestly, that's nit picking. There wasn't anything wrong with the room. We enjoyed our stay.

we were very pleased with everything. The room was clean and spacious. Full size fridge with ice maker, two burner range and microwave and dishwasher. had no idea. Loved full length mirror on the bathroom door and work area that my husband made good use of. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good as well. plenty to chose from. The location felt safe and so much to do as far as shopping just down the street. 😀

I’m not complaining but it would be nice to have a bit bigger area for breakfast. they weren’t extremely busy at this time so we were good.

The room was efficiently laid out & kitchen was well equipped; full size fridge, 2 pots with lids, cutlery & dinnerware. If you want wine glasses, need to bring some. Also no frying pan just in case you want to use the 2 burner cooktop. Beds were comfy & there is plenty of creative storage. Friendly staff & super clean. Highly recommend!

It was very clean and in a great location

The bed was not that comfortable and first day of breakfast they ran out of food awith 30 minutes left of breakfast didn't cook anymore waited over an hour for coffee the next day they didn't have anyone there to cook breakfast until an hour after it was supposed to be ready

Very clean room, quite, comfortable bed and good value. We stayed for a few nights in a king suite. Thanks for a great stay!

If we were to complain about anything, I'd say you couldn't walk around the bed when the sleeper sofa was in use. Not enough room. Also, the room could use some more lights or brighter light bulbs.

Everything exceeded my expectations. Room was nice. 24 hr coffee a plus. Beds comfortable. Everything was clean. No hoodlums and street guys and gals swarming like most of the hotels in Columbia. Great location. We extended our stay 2 additional days.

They served the same breakfast whole time we were here. Boiled eggs, sausage patties, and French toast sticks. But it was breakfast and it was hot so we still appreciated it

The suite was everything and more that you could need..So uniquely set up.. Little surprises everywhere.They thought of everything..The bed, pillows and comforter...The best..very clean and cozy..,it was a very very clean place and a very convenient location...

Location was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Room was comfortable and the kitchen was a plus.

Breakfast did not have many choices like eggs or bacon.

This is the second time that I stayed here and I was happy both times. Cleanliness is important and they did not disappoint

I truly like this property but the sofa bed was stuck and it took us 30 mins to get it loose
