The two young ladies that greet me and daughter was so nice and pleasant. They even give us cookies and water for our stay . That’s the first time I actually got nice soft cookies from this hotel. And I have visited this property several times before. But they went the extra mile for my daughter bc of her peanut allergies they gave her a nut free cookie / Vegan . That was nice of them .

I didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have any towels for us wen went out too the pool area . They said laundry was not done and they were washing them up . But this was like four o’clock in the day in a weekend. So we had use our towels from the bedroom for the pool. That was not right bc we needed them for after our shower. I didn’t like that at all .

I like tha they move me and fiancé to another room with nothing being said they really accommodate our stay very good. even though every visits it’s no cookies there !!!! but no everything was good after they put me into another room.

my last stay I encountered a fixture problem with the a.c.unit inside the first room. the air was not blowing out cool air like it was ringside the other rooms I previously stayed in . this particular room wasn’t getting any colder than 69 degrees. so I needed to get another room . that was my first time ever had a problem with a.c. at this property and hopefully it won’t happen again during next few trips there.

the hotel was great to us because we made our reservation thru booking.com and had a confirmation but we had no room! this the second time this has happened with me. we had a major event in both lodging and booking.com left us without a room. please note someone else also was at the desk and booked thru booking.com and they also had no room.

the staff and the comfy bed

It was dated, the elevator to my room was out of order and I had a long walk and wait for the only operating elevator. It wasn’t too bad but what was absolutely odd was there was NO fan in the bathroom. Traveling with someone that was very uncomfortable

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We were accidentally booked in a room with double beds instead of queens - and a shower instead of a bathtub - and the front desk staff quickly switched us and were very friendly and accommodating - didn’t make me feel bad at all about wanting to be moved. My kids loved the pool. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price of the stay and it was good. Omelets made to order, buffet style breakfast, cereal and pastries. Nothing spectacular but it was good. Just what we needed. We only stayed there as we were passing through town on a long road trip but we’d definitely stay again. 5 stars from this little family!

I couldn't find one thing that I did not like about this place! I would practically live there and work there! It was like staying at the best apartment complex that one could imagine! Always clean, always neat, the staff were always on point to get their guest taken care of, the hot and fresh cookies that my daughter always would get from the staff! Their knowledge of the area, their willingness to always help, and much, much more! Even my wife and I felt like we were at home because for the first time in forever, we actually were able to rekindle our marriage in a way that we haven't felt in some time now! Again, I would stay here and live! I wouldn't care if you told me to scrub the floors, conduct maintenance on the grounds, etc. I would live and work here!

The only thing I would change, would be the paid breakfast. Lunch and dinner I definitely understand but breakfast I would offer to everyone. Beats the brown bag special that only came with a juice, granola bar, muffin, and a fruit. Open breakfast to everyone and that'd would be the only thing I would change.

Hotel staff !

First floor room. A sliding glass door in my room that lead to a hallway only ! Therefore, I had to keep the curtains closed at all times ! Couch in the King Room was extremely dirty ! No Ice Bucket in the room. I had to search down a Housekeeping person to at least get an Ice Bucket, with no lid !

Everything. The staff was sooooo great to us. The air in the room wasn't working when we first checked in. I told the front desk and they literally had it fixed by the time we came back for the night.

Beds were very comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

There was a heavy set light skinned female working our second day that was very unprofessional, talking and laughing on the phone while my son was asking a question. She told him to wait while she carried on her conversation. He came back to the room upset. I told him to go back and she was still on the phone talking and giggling. Another desk clerk finally came up and helped him though. the other clerk hung up the call when the other clerk appeared. She may not need to be employed with that attitude.

I really like how you can avoid the front desk with the Hilton Honors app. It’s convenient and definitely saves a lot of time. The bar was nice and the bartender, Danielle, was very friendly. The property was close to downtown Columbia and cheaper than any other hotel I tried to book. The hotel was clean and it’s convenient for travelers passing through the area.

Our bathroom wouldn’t flush and when it did you had to hold down the lever for about ten seconds just to make sure the toilet was getting emptied. The shower was kind of disgusting and I convinced my boyfriend to wear his sandals while showering. The pool wasn’t open and we couldn’t access the gym on the day we arrived but when I spoke to the lady at the front desk she told me everything should be open the next day. The drinks at the bar were very overpriced but we expected that, as it’s a hotel bar.
