They are in the middle of some really great upgrades! The lobby was beautiful. The free breakfast was absolutely amazing. LOTS of options. (And a make fresh waffle bar!) Indoor pool was open until midnight!ALL of the staff was super friendly! Room was not “fancy” but it was clean and comfortable. I am not necessarily a picky traveler but I definitely have my lines drawn about some things… this was a great stay!

Construction. :/ (Not noisy! Just lots of trucks out front in the parking lot) The pool was dated… but it was clean.

When we arrived we had no trouble checking in got our key and went to the pool the guy who came and checked on us while we were on the pool was amazing made sure we didn’t need anything and made sure we had towels . In the morning when we went to get breakfast the nice young lady who set the breakfast up was amazingly nice and made it feel like home !

For such a large room you would have thought there would have been a bigger tv . There was a guest laying down on the lobby staring at people coming in and out which was a little awkward.

The space of the room was great. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. My 23 year old daughter had an issue with a male guest saying things to her and causing issues the front desk took care of the issue.

The hotel has need of remodeling. Since the last time we stayed there the place has went down. The shower did not have much pressure. There were a lot of folks there that was staying there until there while their apartments was being worked on. A lot of drinking alcohol and stuff going on with the guests out front of the hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, airport shuttle, hot breakfast. My room was huge and spacious. I had the king suite and the bedroom had its own door. So if I had to share with someone sleeping on the couch bed, we both would have privacy. Loved it

My room wasn't fully clean. They didn't replace the coffee stuff it was left open and used (utensils w/ sugar packets). Also their was hair all over the tub. However, after seeing the housekeeping staff, I knew it was hers so I let it go. Maybe she didn't realize and forgot to put her hair up. 🤔

The cable channels were listed next to both TV's. Te stay was quiet and the location of the building is away from the road. We hear no street traffic or noise. Staff was very kind & nice. Location was clean.

Breakfast need a little adjustment to it. Like offer fresh fruit in a basket. Have individual items: milk or yogurt. Hot foods need to be monitored. The biscuits were hard.. Not bad just some adjustments.

room was very nice, and there was no chemical smell from room freshner which irritates my sinus'. At my request we were put in a closer to exit. We were also upgraded to a two king bed room.

While we were in a room above the covered porch (which I like), there was a smell of marijuana, possibly because of being above the smoking area...however, I always book Country Inn and Suites because as a cigarette smoker, the smoking porch is a plus.

The hotel was clean, room was clean, well-appointed, and bathroom was clean.

Location, though it was close to airport. Although the room was clean, several items needed replaced - chairs at dining table in our suite were stained badly, carpet just simply needed replaced, bathroom towels were stained. Breakfast was only ‘ok’ - when hot items are offered they should be hot and at least fresh enough to put out. Ran out of several items, as well, early in the breakfast time-frame.

Breakfast and front staff were amazing. Full breakfast buffet including eggs, biscuits, sausage, waffle maker plus muffins cereal etc. Breakfast staff VERY cheerful and helpful. VERY convenient to usc and graduation events. Quiet, ez to find

The smoking table and chairs right outside the entrance smells horrible then the smell seems to make going inside not smell good. Room seemed musty when we first arrived but didn't really notice after initial entrance, smoke at door is really bad

Variety of breakfast foods. Very good customer service. Relatively clean property even though in an active construction project.

The Pool would need more updating. Weights in the fitness center. Bacon on some of the days 😁

The staff was friendly and the front desk went out of her way to accommodate our stay since booking.com didn’t reserve our room for us.

The breakfast really didn’t have a very good selection and the yogurt was not in individual containers, which is unsanitary to me. It looked watery because it had been sitting out.
