clean and kept up

paid extra for in room snacks and beverages replenished daily and had to ask multiple times. they never came to second day even after asking them in the morning and calling in the evening. asked AGAIN the third day and finally got some with attitude. said they don’t replenish daily but yet I paid extra for premium. it said online and in the room snacks and drinks replenished daily! not paying extra to ask multiple times to get attitude. also have less towels the second day so didn’t ask again for those either.

The second day of our stay the breakfast cook didn't show up, but one of the servers made sure that everyone had an excellent continental breakfast. The staff was exceptional all around, and the beds were very comfortable.

Only one small complaint--there weren't enough luggage carriers available at check out. I saw several guests making multiple trips to their cars.

The facility lighting and location made me feel secure even during late evening. The Chef’s were courteous, friendly and deserve their own Tip jar. Love the quiet 5th floor.

On the last night, the facility had NO water, and it was horrible. The night shift had no emergency plan to follow and we never received water.

The property is great and the gym is perfect - all new stuff. 1 bedroom suite perfect traveling with pups.

Smelled marijuana all over the place. In hallways and elevators. Smelled horrible. Luckily the rooms did not wreak to bad but wow ! The management was apologetic but nothing they could do but mask with spray.

It was so clean!! Thanks to all the cleaning stuff!!!! You are doing a great job! Everybody who's working there is so polite and nice!! We had a great time especially at the breakfast time. Very nice people!! I would move in if I could 😅 sadly my husband and me we can't afford to stay longer but we appreciated the great time we had.

It's sad that the pool isn't heated. But, it's not that important 😉

Newer property with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good (eggs cooked to order, bacon, potatoes, other selections), though was only free because of my Genius discount (normally it's $9/person). Location was convenient to the interstate and our activities in downtown Columbia and Congaree N.P.

Our non-smoking room (particularly the bathroom) smelled strongly of tobacco smoke. We requested a different room but our room type was sold out that night. Opening the window helped the main room, but the smell in the bathroom did not improve.

The property was clean, right off the interstate, and very comfortable. the staff were all excellent. the products provided in the bathroom were amazing.

It appeared it may not be in the best area. our room was facing a very run down looking hotel. wasn’t an issue, but just something to be aware of in parking situations.

I like a buffet style breakfast, this was a made to order breakfast, but it was very good.

I had dinner at the bar and the steak that I ordered was not what was expected of a $30 cut of meat. I believe that is something that should be improved upon.

The shower was amazing. Staff was very friendly and made my children feel very comfortable. They were able to accommodate my request to have my children in a room close by. When I came in for check-in upon saying my name they already knew about the accommodations and stated Ms. Burns we have your rooms close by as requested and your children are beautiful.

We didn't sit down long enough to enjoy all the features of the hotel.

The staff was excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. The lobby, bar, dining room, elevators, hallways, and room were immaculate. Everything was clean, neat and well organized. Room was great. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Large bar area with outstanding staff.

My room was not made, but this may still be a holdover from COVID.
