The hotel was v furnished with nice decor and very clean. Breakfast was good. I was glad to see oatmeal.

The staff was not very friendly . The front desk clerks were not dressed appropriately. The front desk staff had tight leggings and their tops looked like swimsuit tops . Their middle stomachs were showing. Their tops were too short. I could not believe it. They need to be furnished with some type of uniforms like khaki pants and polo shirts with hotel logo ..

All “tens”! Wonderful experience from the friendly Brandon at the front desk that greeted me when I first checked in to the enthusiastic lady that was serving up the hot breakfast to the friendly folks that saw me on my way out. Great value. Will definitely stay here on my next trip. And loved finding Knowledge Perk coffee shop not far away.

The staff members that we encountered were very friendly and helpful! The morning breakfast was well organized and filling. The rooms were clean, with the exception of what looked like a pile of finger or toe nail clippings underneath the bed. Overall, the location was quiet, the rate was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Location of hotel was good.I did not eat breakfast.

My card that I used to pay for my room was charged my initial room fee.Then I received notification to my phone for another 150.00 charge which came to 300.00 being charged on my debit card without any knowledge of it being done.My card was used /draft without any communication/consent from me which is unacceptable.Also it was extremely hot on the 4th floor of the hallway while walking to your room.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs. The location was perfect to access downtown Columbia. Our hotel room and the other common areas were very clean and exceeded my expectations.

The free breakfast was great but some foods were empty around 8:30 even though it started at 7:00. There was a nice outdoor area that appeared to be closed but that is probably out of everyone’s control.

The staff at the hotel made the biggest difference, they were amazing! From the moment we checked in we were greeted with kind and welcoming service. They made sure every aspect of our stay was comfortable. When my husband was waiting for me in the lobby one day they even asked him if he'd like some water while he waited. The room was large and comfortable. The bathroom had an awesome walk-in shower with Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and not just travel size, which is good for my long, thick hair! We were very impressed with our stay.

The only thing that could have been different was that our room faced a busy highway, but of course there's nothing the property can do about that! Next time we stay I would request a room facing the parking lot.

The convenience of the location

Just that housekeeping didn’t service the room when asked. Had to keep following up.

I didn’t have breakfast because I was going to a meeting where breakfast would be served. The breakfast area appeared to be very nice and welcoming. The location was perfect. The hotel was very close to the location of the meeting I was attending. The front office personnel were very welcoming and pleasant.

There was nothing I did not like. Okay, if I must pick something, I would say that there was a noise during the night that I realized was probably the shower dripping. Also, I noticed that the toilet seat coating was peeling off and that there was a place in the closet that the woodworking did not appear to be finished. Those are minor issues, however, compared to the comfort of the bed and the room in general.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were large and staff very friendly.

The room we were given 122 was right on the street and lots of car noise kept us up all night. Plus a street light was right outside the window and made the room very bright even with the blackout curtains.

Quiet place. Parking. east access to roads in and out of the city

the room was lovely but the window faced a roof area and we could lift the shade for more light.
