The location was perfect! It is a short distance off the interstate and is the only hotel which made it quiet and peaceful. The Timmerman Trail is located at the end of the street which was a beautiful walk for our dogs.

The Bistro had limited hours and was closed on Sunday. One of the friendly staff members suggested a great place to eat for dinner the night we checked in. It just would’ve been convenient to grab breakfast at the hotel before we got on the road.

Staff was incredibly kind. I was overly impressed with the fact that the girl at check in remembered every guests name and said hello while checking me in. Pretty rare to find someone so exceptional at their job, and genuinely caring about their guests comfort. Shower was huge! The rooms were a decent size, and everything was very clean.

Unfortunately when I had a shower in the morning, the shower was out of conditioner and body wash. Managed to get a few drops but disappointed.

Room was very comfortable. I particularly like that they had the TV setup so I could sign into my streaming services, so much more enjoyable than watching whatever basic cable has available. The exercise facilities were very nice and the pool looked like it would have been fun if I had more time. Very convenient to the national park I was visiting and great highway access.

Water pipes making a popping and cracking noise in the wall near bathroom - woke us up several times our last night there. We reported to Manager and they put the room out of order as we checked out and will promptly take care of it. They showed they cared about our complaint.

Room was excellent. Bathroom had a Great shower! Beds were super comfy! The whole facility was outstanding. I'm thinking this is a fairly new hotel. The have a great outside area where you can sit and relax.

Hotel observing excellent Covid protocols, and seemed very safe. The overnight desk lady was very friendly, and went above and beyond with her patience and helpfulness as I called several times with many questions. I highly recommend this property.

The quality of the toilet tissue.

Close to I77. There are beautiful, paved walking trails 500 feet from the hotel. Restaurants are approximately a 10 minute drive away.

For the price charged, a free breakfast or happy hour would have been appreciated.

Loved the cleanliness and the comfy beds

It would’ve been nice to have some sort of water bottles when you check in for guests, even a mini one in the room would’ve been a nice addition. I have worked at hotels so my expectations are pretty much equal across.

Very nice place I'd recommend it if you're visiting columbia. Its by the freeway and about a 7 minute drive from downtown. There's a lovely trail by the hotel which can be perfect for a morning walk or run. Many hotels do not offer house keeping during covid but they did service our room upon request

The friendliness of the Bistro staff, especially JoJo. The impeccable state of the lobby and the room. The location off I-77 is exceptional for someone who travels from Orlando to NE Ohio every Christmas.

The Bistro food leaves something to be desired, especially for the price. The chain could definitely do better.
