Comfort Suites At the University

The hotel was clean, and the rooms were quiet. Ac unit worked great without lots of off and on noise during the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was a nice variety of hot and cold options. Wonderful place to stay for a quick visit!

Shower could use a newer shower head and curtain set. Complimentary toiletries were a little sparse for more than one person. TV could use an update for streaming options.

I stayed at the hotel because it was close to Coastal Carolina University. I was a little nervous because some of the reviews weren’t great. The hotel met all our needs including the free breakfast in the morning. The room was big and clean and lots of towels. I would stay again

The staff is exceptional - friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a mixup in my booking and they went above and beyond to help me correct my own mistake. The location is excellent for visiting my son at CCU.

The building is starting to show its age - everything was clean, just starting to be a little worn. Not a problem for me, I will continue to stay here whenever I come to Conway over the next several years.

Room were quite and comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Hallway carpet needs to be replace, very dirty in appearance and worn. Bathroom tub / shower needs to be re calked. not enough light in bathroom. Couche arms are dirty and torn on armrest. brown paint on base bords need to be repainted. bathroom vanities are in need of repair and plumbing under sink look bad, poor plumbing job, nasty looking.

The room was very comfortable it was next to places I could walk to to get something to eat

What I paid to have breakfast every morning and it was not what I would eat for breakfast they were more snacks also I couldn't wash my hair properly because it was no water pressure in the shower so I'm 62 years old 6 foot close to 200 pounds how to get on my knees and rinse my hair from the spicket of the tub very uncomfortable

Breakfast was amazing, however bacon would have been exquisite. The location of the hotel was great for walking to grab a bit to eat at the near by restaurants.

The fact that we had such a small room for all the people we had, but we made it work. Next time we may have to get two rooms. Fix the tables outside at the pool area, please.

The breakfast' were excellent. The room was comfortable as was the bed. The t.v. was nice. The bathroom countertops were nice. There were plenty of towels.

The a.c. unit is noisy, but that's not such a bad thing, because it drowns out any outside noise. Once we get to sleep it is fine. It worked well, too. Water pressure in the shower is a bit low, but it wasn't a problem. We had to hold the lever down on the toilet to flush, but that too, wasn't really a problem. Just a little annoying, but not much.

Location is in Conway about a 20-30 minute drive to Myrtle depending on traffic. Staff was super nice and attentive. The dryer broke during our stay and they allowed us to dry our clothes in their dryers. The electric shorted in our room for some reason and they promptly fixed it. Rooms were large and clean. Supplies were replenished quickly. It is located right next to several fast food spots and a convenience store. The bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay again.

location great - adjacent to Coastal Carolina U. Breakfast selection extensive, Room large enough to store 2 bicycles. complimentary cookies in the evening a nice touch, bed mattress very comfotable.

Breakfast french toast could be fresher, towel bars in HC bathroom would be useful. Printed TV station menu would be nice.

Good amenities in the area such as Cookout, Wendy's and Subway. Pleasant staff members. They get an "A" for cleanliness in the hotel overall.

The breakfast could be a lot better ie, cheese to go with the eggs because my wife and I like cheese mixed in with our scrambled eggs, a different variety of breakfast meats, bacon and ham instead of just sausage and perhaps sausage gravy. These things would make for a much better breakfast.
