Hampton Inn Myrtle Beach West

Friendly staff and very helpful, the sheets felt and smelt fresh and clean. Breakfast was good waffles and sausages, oatmeal 👍

Hotel was pretty clean, no bugs, and free breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even let us check in early. For Myrtle Beach the price was not that bad for two nights in something that's clean. We went to just get away for a couple of days and to do back to school shopping. This hotel is located right across from the Outlets.(If you want something close to the beach this is not it.) Room booked was a king with a sofa bed for me,my husband, and two teenagers. Would book again.

Maybe repainting walls and trim from the normal wear and tear. With the breakfast maybe have scramble eggs instead of egg omelets.

Excellent with many choices

I absolutely hated dealing with Booking.com because there are no numbers to contact them. I called the hotel and was put on hold as they were busy and I waiting only a short time on hold. The representative then took my information and I was told that I booked through Booking.com and not The Hampton Inn. I had to modify my reservation and went through H**L trying to do it. The Hampton Inn told me that they had nothing to do with the reservation any more after Booking.com "took" it. The Hampton Inn properties are all awesome and their employees are the same.

The property was pleasant and met my family’s needs. All staff we interacted with during our stay were very friendly.

This hotel, like many others, continue to have dirty floors in the rooms. I’ve learned to pack slippers for the whole family because the floors will blacken the bottoms of white sock or bare feet from grime on the carpet and tile.

The breakfast was great. Most of the front desk staff was very friendly. My children enjoyed the pool. I loved being able to do laundry when needed.

One of the kitchen staff ladies, was rude. She seemed unhappy to be there. I also saw her eating as she was refilling the buffet.

Hotel was great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Convenient location. Would stay here again.

Clean. Food was adequate. Enough room for my husband & grandkids.

I did not have a chair that I could sit in comfortably to sleep in. I can't lie down. This is due to a back condition. I asked for this, but I understand that not everything can be provided. My request is probably an odd one.7

Comfortable and quiet

I made my reservations online by bringing up the hotel and did not make my reservation through booking.com although booking.com somehow made their way into being booking this hotel for my family so since you are a third party I did not get my rate of $104 per night and I did not get my Hampton inn honor points for Hilton so That is very upsetting to me.

We arrived at the hotel, i was greeted by front desk staff. He checked me in and asked if I wanted a bottle of water. The front entrance and elevator was very clean. As I approached my room, there was a Lysol sticker on my door indicating the room was clean. The room was very clean. I am very impressed with the hotel and staff and will be stating again.
