We have stayed here one other time before and really liked the location. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The bar is a plus!

They seemed to be doing some renovations to some rooms on the floor we were staying on. The room right next to us was being worked on. Outside our room door throughout the hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and some paint/ chemical smell was prominent in our room.

We loved everything except the lack of laundry facilities.

We couldn’t believe you didn’t have laundry facilities for your guests! It was the first major chain we have ever stayed in that didn’t have a washer and dryer! And it’s a beach property where guests need to wash their beach clothes. Also there was only ONE hook to hang a wet towel on! There’s a blank wall when you first walk in that could easily hold 3 or 4 hooks for wet clothing.

The hotel was very clean! Easy to check in! Staff was super nice. Had a small issue with the glass shower being off tracked. But we went out for the day and came back and that issue was fixed. Beds were super comfy. And the river side view is amazingggggg. Watching the boats on the river in the morning is super relaxing. I enjoyed my birthday stay here at Four Points. Did I mention the bar.

Breakfast food taste was not all that. The presentation of the food. Looked good. But tasted different.

The man at the front desk was amazing! I messed up my booking and he was more than accommodating! As much as I know I worked his nerves, he was so kind and patient with me! The hotel is really nice and clean. The views from my room were really nice overlooking the river! There's tons of things to do and restaurants close by! I will definitely stay again!

No microwave in the room.

The accommodations , the staff, the location all just wonderful. From day one until departing. Staff with smiles on their faces. Very accommodating. Room with a balcony and riverview. Bed very comfortable. Awesome shower. Spacious room. King bed. Big screen tv. Nice very spacious bar and lounge area. Very good breakfast. Chess games to play in lobby lounge. Great location right off highway. What was not to like? We will stay again. I got a vacation package to stay again and will certainly use it. Plan to have a family gathering at the beach.

Nothing. Although I did tell my husband would be nice to have some live music in the lounge so we could get out on the floor and dance. Bar and lounge so beautiful and spacious . We had room to dance.

this picture of the Sheridan is on the water and I’m pretty sure we weren’t on any water so that was deceiving the room was very small and I did not realize I picked such a small room.

I do not like the size of the room besides the beds. There was no other room. There was only one small desk to put anything on and there were five of us five suitcases so everybody’s suitcase was on the floor. I also didn’t realize that none of the rooms came with a bathtub.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was also super polite. I also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool area.

The pillows on the bed could have been a little more comfortable. The shower did get clogged the second day of our stay. It was like taking a shower in a bath. The location was okay. It was 10 minutes from the beach which is slightly inconvenient, but it was near a lot of other things.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Nice big shower. Balcony was tiny - only one chair and little table, but view was nice. Liked the wood floors instead of carpet. Nice updates in the room.

Front desk gentleman that checked us in (mid to late forties - possible manager?) was not all that welcoming or pleasant. Seemed like we were putting him out. Asked a few general questions - when was breakfast, could we get extra plastic cups - and we were given short answers and mostly just brushed off. Really could use some customer service training. On the other hand, the lady (didn't get her name) that checked us out in the morning, was quite the opposite.

Location is off the beaten path BUT Very easy access to airport for early AM Departure..left turn out of parking,left Turn at light .straight into airport..excellent

The property was beautiful and smelled great throughout the building.

The floor is my room was very dirty and the bathroom door was completely off the track causing a metal peice to fall down nearly hitting me in the head. The remote control did not work. However maitenance came to take care of both things pretty quickly and he was an absoulte joy (Lawerence…I think was his name) to talk to.
