There is good and bad to be told from all the hotel establishment located on 52. Proximity to multiple fast food restaurants and being located next to a regular is a huge selling point. Just know things are not what they seen in these kinds of places.

The staff was great. Especially Juan the maintenance man. He was very accommodating and did what he could to get the things in my room taken care of. I truly appreciate all his assistance. Kosha and Donna made sure I got switched to another room each time there was an issue that wasn't fixable.

I had to be moved 4 times, due to different issues in the rooms. I had to complain several times. Housekeeping did not knock on my door for any services until I notified the front desk that I wasn't getting any services.

I really liked the breakfast. The rooms were clean. The staff were SUPER nice. We were treated with respect as should. It was a good experience and the best was the sleep. The stay is super good for the price and the rooms are the bomb.If you are thinking about a cheap hotel with great rooms, great service, and really great staff, and if you want some good sleep this is the hotel for you.

I’ve stayed here several times in the last few months because the price is convenient and the location is convenient when I’m in Florence. My past reviews have mentioned that it’s not very clean, etc but this time, it looks like they are making some updates. They had since taken carpet out of the room and put new flooring. It was much cleaner than it was on past visits

The room was clean and comfortable

people were loud in the parking lot.

When I arrived were and old tray of food on the microwave oven on descomposition that I throw it away. Obvious it was disgusting. In addition one of the trashcans had were not emptied. The rest of the experience were very good.

They are remodeling. The outside of the building is freshly painted. It looks very good. Only the inside needs updating. They serve a perfect simple breakfast.

The bathrooms in the rooms need updating. They look old and damaged. Same for the bedding, outdated.

The breakfast was not great. There were not many choices. The waffles were delicious but there was not much else. The room could use more towels & more pillows ( also better quality pillows) & larger trash cans

The restroom shower curtain was dirty and the tub had hair in it. I had to clean it myself since they didn't give money back after 15 mins
