The location was perfect for quick access to the races the room was spacious.

The room wasn't clean at all. I hit up the local Walmart for Clorox wipes to wipe it down before the kiddos came in. The a/c had an entire soda dried to the front of it and the carpet was sticky. The pull out bed was rusted and stained so we used the mat they had placed in the window as a bed for our youngest instead because I could wipe it down.

Room was quiet, clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was small, but nicely updated (could use a nicer shower head). We had a king suite, and it had a nice desk, window seat and sofa, plus fridge, microwave and safe.

Only negatives were that front desk staff was not at all friendly, and the breakfast was quite skimpy (Fruit Loops and Raisen Bran, bread for toast, mini-muffins, instant oatmeal). The photo made the breakfast bar look big, but it's not. No waffle maker, eggs, yogurt, or fruit (there was 1 apple left in a basket at 8am). But, I would stay here again because it's still a good deal for the price.

The room was great for what we needed for our family size. The staff was helpful when we requested more towels or extra blankets for the pull out beds. Water pressure was actually amazing in the shower and at the sink.

The only complaint we had was the refrigerator was turned to 7 the highest setting when we got there and it took 2 days to cool. So in that time frame plus traveling from a day at the beach we lost all of our cold groceries as we weren't able to keep them in ice with other time engagements.

Now for house keeping, that's another story. Knocking on door at 10:30 am. Comes back 10 minutes later. Than came back again. Knocking on door for about 2 minutes. This guys was like a pain in my ass. Plus I am disabled. I can't move to fast. Plus I was having issues that morning. Guy Knocking on door saying house keeping. That was not making things better.

Nice size room, very comfortable bed (my wife raved about it), reasonable price, good value for the money, pleasant staff.

Advertised as pet friendly, but no designated dog walk area. Adjoining Wyndham property, La Quinta, has nice dog area with poop bags and waste disposal can. However, a fence separates properties so it is not acceessible. I expected a bit more for the $25 pet fee. Breakfast a bit skimpy, they have a toaster, but nothing to toast. Rooms are all non smoking, but lobby area still smells smoky

This was one of the cleanest motels that I have stayed in during the past two years and that includes over 100 different motels. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

The breakfast offerings could have included more pastries and fruit.

The location was good. The facility wasn’t.

Customer is food area with her dog. She wasn’t eating, just taking up space and playing with her dog who barked. Asked to have carpet vacuumed. Very soiled in #233. Didn’t help. Too many old stains. Furniture hadn’t been dusted. We dusted headboards. Won’t return. Will find alternate facility.

Didn’t eat breakfast here. Liked the location and the bed was very comfy. The front desk associate helped me access the internet on the business computer located in the lobby. It took several tries but she was patient and took the time to do it which was very nice.

A better bedside lamp would have been nice. I still read paper books and the lamp was not good for reading. The alternative was to turn on the overhead light which worked but was not ideal. Also the computer in the lobby was on a counter at waist level but the chair was a table chair which made it awkward to reach the keyboard. Two minor complaints which did not seriously impact the functionality and comfort of the stay of one night.
