We enjoyed every bit of this room at the hotel. The room was large, very up to date, had a large desk and very comfortable desk chair, pillows were very comfortable and soft, new linen sheets and covers, bathroom was spacious and updated, had plenty of towels and good air conditioning that got your room cool within 3 minutes tops. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The complimentary hot breakfast was very good, fresh and they even allowed you to have seconds or thirds of any type of food and beverage of choice. Parking was easy and the gym and pool were cleaned. Elevators worked properly and fast. You even had a self-check out option. Overall stay was wonderful and we will be back to stay there again.

Easy to find. The Assistant Manger was pleasant and friendly. The ac was in fine working condition when we walked into our room, most of the time when walking into hotel rooms it’s rather warm and stale smelling.

All was well until my daughter notice there was a pair of men’s shoes under the small table by the tv, which we assumed it was from the last guest. There was a wet wash cloth left in the shower on the floor by the sliding door. Kinda made us think how thorough is the cleaning process in the rooms. However, I’m not much of a complainer and I was quite tired so I didn’t make a fuss about it. We had an early start to our day so we didn’t have breakfast. We also forgot to take pictures.

Beds were great...what we needed after a long drive. Parking close to entry much appreciated. Staff on duty at check-in was very good. And despite my comments in box below, the comfortable beds were the most important feature for an overnight stay.

Breakfast needs improvement. Scrambled eggs too chopped up and pretty bland. Small tater tots were cold. No bread for toasting, just a couple of plain bagels...didn't try. Ran out of hot water for tea. When staff removed to get a refill, didn't return for 10 min...so we left. Motel may want to invest in a water boiler that can boil a pitcher full in 5min. Don't remember seeing info about there being a non refundable pet fee on the Booking.com site. Shower head in bath (204) is too high for many people to adjust spray. Recommend installing a wall mounted grab bar in all the showers with large glass doors. Having bars on the sliding doors only is not safe, and looking for a lawsuit to occur if a large person applies too much force to those bars. Shower floor surface is good non-slip.

it was clean and quiet. I got a good night’s sleep. The location worked out nicely for us.

when I registered for the room, I asked if by chance, there was a shower, not a tub in the room. The front desk person said yes. I explained that as a couple in their 80’s, it’s difficult getting in and out of tubs. The room actually did have a tub, so I’m not sure why he would tell me otherwise. when I made the reservation on line, I did not specifically ask for a shower, so I can’t really blame anyone. However, as a suggestion to the management, it would be very helpful, and safer, if there were handicap bars in the tub to prevent falls when entering and leaving the tub. The tub drain could use some attention. It had a very slow drain so there was standing water while showering.

The breakfast area was clean, inviting, fully stocked and the area where the food was laid out was exceptionally clean. The waffle station was the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a hotel! The two women who staffed the breakfast area were very friendly and attentive. They were constantly wiping down the counters and filling in where things were running low. Also the bathroom in our room was super clean. The glass shower doors and chrome shower and faucets were so clean they looked brand new! Right off I-95!

We had a room that was an adjoining room. The door between the two rooms was securely locked so that wasn’t even an issue. Someone in that adjoining room must have been playing some kind of affirmation with chiming bells all night long and in the quiet of the night I could hear it through the connecting door.

Room was comfortable; location is great off I95; breakfast was fair; staff were polite & courteous!

Didn’t get clean towels day 2; received wash cloth upon request, but no bath towels were available!

The breakfast was good. Selection broad enough to accommodate carb eaters and fruit/low fat eaters. Desk clerks were extremely professional and pleasant. Room size was ample and it was immaculate.

Coffee maker in room 222 does not have a basket-- could not make coffee in room. Not a big problem since coffee was available in the lobby but it took some time to figure it out. Had there been a dining facility we would have eaten at the hotel after we arrived. As it was we had to go out for dinner after a 6-hour drive up from Florida.

There was a great breakfast bar with plenty of options that made it easy to get right back on the road afterwards. Our room had a smart TV so we were able to sign into our account and watch something other than basic channels. The front desk service was super friendly and made our stay easier.

Although it is not the properties fault, we stayed 2 Satudays in a row while we were travelling back and forth to Florida to see family. Both times, our neighboring rooms were EXTREMELY loud and made it to where we were unable to sleep properly. We did not want to be people that complain, since the actual staff had been wonderful.. But it definitely seemed like we got super unlucky and were there next to not one, but two party-goers. The only thing about the actual hotel I could critique would be the shower on the first floor during our first weekend. It had rust stains running down the wall. We cleaned and disinfected it but the shower was stained. I'm sure this is something that happens over time, but made the shower seem dirty when it probably wasn't.

Smartly furnished room with up-to-date decor. Mini-fridge and microwave are always nice touches. Comfortable bed, good shower. Nice breakfast.

Little things could be improved. The desk chair was malfunctioning. Perhaps a selection of two flavored creamers rather than just the ubiquitous vanilla? Perhaps some fresh fruit at breakfast? Oranges and bananas are especially nice since they don't require washing. Being pet-friendly is probably a good thing, but, then, there's the barking at night.... I might have growled myself a bit in response. :)

Staff and facility was great. We would come back again.

The breakfast needs work. Waffle mix was not labled properly. The banna nut mix was maked plain. I have nut allergy. Lucky my son caught that before I ate. The hot food was actually cold and was kept replished. We had to find someone to ask if there would be more breakfast meat. By the time is was done most of my family had left. Besides that, all else was Awesome!
