Great Staff!! Very Clean & Comfortable Hotel. Very helpful & friendly staff & front desk. Quick & ez check-in which is super important to me after a long drive! Great location off the highway & next to the mall & stores.

It would be Really nice if there was breakfast! A lot of other similarity priced or lower priced hotels include a breakfast. No pool & an option for late check-out would be good! No discount for booking additional nights.

I had actually been in another room. Monday thru Wednesday and checked out of the bigger room with 2 fulls. Then checked back in under my name alone. My booking said that I wouldn't be able to check in until 3pm after only booking and big+ to the pay online feature of booking.com. So I was actually got into my room by 1pm by 3pm I was fast asleep. The beds suck you in. Loved it. I'll be back for a longer stay. ☆☆☆☆☆

They gave us a room that was ideal for having 2 puppies with us. In the back near the grass area to take them out on. The beds were comfortable.

While the puppies were running around the room they went under the beds and we tried to get the puppies realized they had not cleaned or vaccuumed under the beds -there was garbage and pills under the beds. My sister also thought she saw coch roach in the bathroom during the night-we are not sure if that was what it was or some other kind of bug looking like a roach. But overall we would stay again

I asked for first floor long after my reservation. They got it for me. The staff was not only helpful they were friendly. And the location was even better than I remembered. Low price/best value on my trip north.

The place was convenient for where was at and I didn't have too far to go

I didn't like that my room was upstairs. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and it's hard for me to climb stairs most times

The coffee was great there's no breakfast at this location. The housekeeper was so nice s professional. The front desk ladies was so professional. I really enjoyed my stay

I love that pets stay free, and the beds are super comfortable. This location in Florence is perfect, as there are so many restaurants nearby. It's also located right off 95. We stay here every year as we travel from Miami to Maryland for the holidays. Will continue to stay here on future trips.

Everything was fine, nothing to not like.

The bed was very big and soft. I like that they had the AC on when I arrived since it was hot outside. The wifi was consistent and very fast which is something this hotel brand usually seems to have at every location.

There wasn't any real issue except my room didn't have any towels, but I was able to get some from the front desk without any problems.

Everything was perfect and the staff is so nice.

Everything was completely Fine. I just wish that the price was a little lower because I'm a good paying customer and also I'm a local, and I keep my room cleaned as it was when I arrived and dont cause any harm to the business.
