Across street from the beach, nice staff. Excellent bkfst choices for kids !!!

Pathway/lighting down the walkways to the beach were NOT well lit, almost creepy

Room was large and very clean. All amenities I could want were there...microwave, fridge, coffeemaker/keurig, hairdryer, toiletries, hanger, iron/board, desk, etc. Shower was spacious and powerful. Breakfast offerings were extensive and good quality. Lobby coffee 24/7. Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Ample parking.

Could hear noise from adjacent room and in hallway. Housekeeping forgot our room twice, but staff was very accommodating when we alerted them to the issue. Beach access was close by...just across the road, but I preferred the beach at cologne due to facilities like bathrooms, food/drinks, lifeguards, etc. Though not far away, did mean hauling your stuff.

The location was wonderful. Only a few blocks to all the stores and restaurants in the center of the island. Breakfast was good and plentiful of all types of food. The pool was not as big as I had expenced but it was a nice retreat from the beach. The rooms were clean and looked freshly renovated. The bathroom was beautiful. Our patio overlooked the AC units and could have been cleaned up a little as the roof was dirty and debris covered. I would recommend this hotel to friends. (P.S. The lobby needs an air freshener, badly. The upstairs did not have the same smell as the lobby.) The staff was friendly and helpful finding adventures on the island.

I missed the view of the beaches. However; I understand that hotels cant be taller than the tallest tree on the island.

Great location and wonderful staff. Facilities were kept clean and orderly. Numerous staff members went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable etc. Nice hot breakfast with an assorted variety of options to dine in or take on the go! Breakfast staff worked diligently to keep items stocked and cleaned up. Bed was comfy and towels were big and fluffy. We’d recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! Excellent customer service!!

Pillows were average but such a small issue when you consider all the pluses!

Free breakfast was the best we've had -- lots of options to choose from Excellent selections, room was nice, bed was cozy, loved the Bath & Body Works free items, loved the early check in and ease of checking out. We had an interesting fake "fireplace" which was pretty neat. Clean facilities, room service restocked our toiletries in the bathroom even after one night which was generous. Located very close to the beach -- just look for the yellow post. Overall, definitely would recommend this hotel for the price.

Cold hallways, weird layout, randomly got assigned a handicap room which was then reassigned without confirming with us if we actually needed it first (we didn't request one and did not know we had accidentally booked that option, but if what if we did need it? Then we would be out of luck with no advance warning). Toilet flush was randomly intensely strong to the extreme/aggressive level.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was the same everyday but was delicious. The facilities were clean and the room was a good size. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was nice having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The upgraded show was a treat!

Not nearly enough parking especially during the weekend. I did love the fact that the time share salesman is so promintent in the lobby. He was nice but a bit pushy.

The location was amazing. Also the cleanliness. I own a cleaning company and hold hotels to a high standard. The bathroom was exceptional.

There was hardly anyone at the front desk I felt like they weren't very attentive.

The bed was comfortable, one single air conditioner unit in the room. The staff was nice

The parking mess up my stay there is nowhere to park, you had to park along the street way out there little light almost to a dead-end. We got a warning ticket left on our car even though we had a hotel parking permit. If you get there and see a parking spot, you better get in it and don't move. Use an Uber, and walk. Just telling the truth. If I had known about the parking beforehand, I would not have gone there.

The size and quality of the room, (including beds) and location to the beach, which we were interested in checking out, was way better than average or what we expected. I suppose it being off-season might explain that, but, it was still a beautiful, natural experience, even though it was too cold to enjoy swimming at the beach. For a beach place, it was exceptional, if not the best beach hotel we ever stayed at, and we are getting on in years, and love beaches.

The hotel was grand, forgetting the play on words, but getting to it from I-95 a bit of a challenge, (busy, with crazy drivers, it seemed) especially in the rain. The night clerk was rather curt, warning us about making sure we put our parking tag in the car window as he retreated to a back room. I suppose parking could be a problem in-season.

We loved the location (Walking distance to the beach and close to shopping and restaurants, free parking, quiet room.

Breakfast is mostly all wrapped up food. I think they are still keeping to Covid-19 standards. You can make a waffle though and heat up an egg in a microwave. Not what I was hoping for, but managed. The outlet in our bathroom failed to work, but I was able to dry my hair near the full length mirror in the bedroom area. The handle for hot/cold in the shower was also opposite, but we figured that out quickly (Someone put the cartridge in backwards, so cold is HOT & Hot was Cold). Other than that, I would stay here again.
