Staff was friendly and gave us some good recommendations for us to save money when visiting beaches. The pool was beautiful and secluded with bushes around it, pool towels were provided, options to relax on a lounger or sit at a table. When we arrived the room smelt freshly cleaned and no sign of critters!

Our check in was at 4pm however due to a staff emergency and they were running a bit behind. We were able to get our room however the next guest had to wait. It would be nice to inform guests beforehand if there is a delay. Although our room smelt clean, it wasn't very clean. The drawers were not clean and the mini fridge still had a piece of celery in it. Towels require more bleach.

This was the first time that we took our small dog on vacation with us and this was our biggest concern; but, she was made welcome and enjoyed her vacation as much as we did. We did not know that Red Roof offered suites so was not sure what to expect; but, was pleased to find two full size rooms (a bedroom and separate sitting/eating room). That made for a very comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Although we did not have much interaction with the staff, everyone was pleasant and helpful. We will most definitely use this location again.

The staff, was kind. Most families come to relax and enjoy, a nice vacation, on this beautiful island, of Hilton Head, SC. But, unfortunately, my husband is very 😷, and is being treated at Hilton Head Hospital. The support and kindness of Ms. Nicole and Mr. Mike Edwards has gone beyond my expectations. They have made what is A very stressful and sad time for myself and son, Laz who has Down syndrome, as pleasant as possible. All the staff has been so kind, and nice to me, during this hard time. Nothing to complain about

The rooms are big and spacious. Beds are comfortable and roomy, big tvs in the rooms. Pool was open and kept clean. The receptionist was friendly and attentive to any issues we had in a very timely matter.

I wish that there was a stovetop in the suite and the tv needs more kid friendly material without having to pay to access it

Rather basic, which is all I wanted, but clean and in good repair

Parking lot is dirty because it gets lots of traffic. East to track it into the room. Probably should have removed my shoes just inside the door. Very minor stuff

Staff was great friendly and polite went and ask for towels because they never brought ours back she made sure she found us clean towels.

Key card had to get reprogramming 2 to 3 times a day,bathroom light did not work we let them know when we first got there but it never got fixed we had to buy a broom to clean room because it was never swept or vacuum the bed on left side was broke it needs a new mattresses

large, spacious, comfortable and well-furnished room. Nice pool, Great staff. Bikes to rent was a real plus.

Step down from room - need reminder/warning to watch step, maybe paint door stoop different color from walkway. Breakfast needs fruit, yogurt.

the room was clean, beds comfortable. it must be in a low crime area because we accidentally left the car unlocked (both nights we were there) with 2 laptops inside and we still have them!! we were within walking distance to the harbor (Scott’s Fish Market-great food). Breakfast at Stacks was good (it’s across the parking lot) and The Dry Dock (on the other side of Stacks) -also great food!

overall it needs a face lift. the property shows it’s age!

We loved it all wasn't nothing not to like about it ..They even quit working on room cause we wasn't up yet THAT'S was AWESOME OF THEM AND THANKS FOR EVERYTHING.. We will be back to stay there ❤️😁🙂

cheap and 8 minutes from the beach.

it could use some updating. we didn’t have a microwave or a mini fridge in the room. no tv guide. no trash can. smelt like marijuana there were people smoking it by the dumpsters in broad daylight. not very good parking.
