Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island, an IHG Hotel

Beautiful park out back(not part of the hotel but connected), propane fire pit by pool, beautiful deck on pond, big resident alligator in pond, Comfortable beds. Balcony on most rooms. Location to the beach is great but caution should be taken in walking or biking after dark!

Requested for a king bed for an engagement proposal, got 2 queen beds, felt like I was paying for the extra bed that didn't get used. Early pool close times. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10 because there no condiments, staff had no ketchup. It seemed like the salt/pepper shaker was put away on the weekend, also it was the same eggs, sausage w/ biscuits(no variety), and watery sausage patties, all 3 days

I loved how everyone working there was super nice and super helpful. The facilities were well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. If you seen someone who worked there you were greeted with a smile and a hello before you could get it out first.

The room we had still had carpet, I know that is not something to really complain about but most places that are around beaches have went towards the hard wood look. It is just a easier clean up when it comes to the sand and just feels a tad bit cleaner to the feet if kept swept.

Location is perfect. Close to the beach and walking distance to grocery store and multiple restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Ms. Sonia! Also it was very clean. I always wipe down all surfaces (tables, door knobs, bathroom, remote, handles, etc) with antibacterial wipes when I check in to a hotel room and found nothing that could have been any cleaner.

There was a mini fridge but it could not be plugged in. The space it was in was too tight to plug in to the outlet under the counter and the cord wasnt long enough to reach any other outlet. I didnt complain about it since there was an ice machine and we only stayed one night. Would have been a bigger deal if we planned to stay longer

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have enjoyed our stay. It has been a layover spot for our family as we travel south. They are currently remodeling and will be moving the check in area to the building with the rooms. That will be great!! Breakfast was great, with multiple items to choose from. The views around the hotel were great was well, and the ocean was just a short walk away. The staff was very kind and professional as well! We will continue to come back!

Really no significant complaints at all. Once the remodeling is completed, it will only add to its great qualities!

The location was great, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants. The beach was super clean and it's dog friendly! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (extra firm). Had a good time.

The breakfast is average, nothing special. Like others said, the breakfast is in a separate building, you have to walk a few minutes. Not super convenient, but we survived. Overall we had a nice stay.

what we were most impressed about was the cost...........Cormier/Pimental - we are from Boston - my sister just bought a house at sun city - we have already told family and friends about your hotel and how nice it was and the shopping and dining out was great too........we hope you keep the prices that we had........My sister will be having friends and family visiting and you will be getting future business from Boston.........My sister is a world traveler and she is the president of her own travel consultant business - she is the one that found the location and price...........keep up the good work.............

rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. we were out walking and the rain started poring and a man from the hotel picked us up in a shuttle cart and took us back to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

our door had a gap on it and the wind kept making a loud howling noise until I got up and put a towel in the door. one of the lights kept flickering but I let them know and they put a ticket in to maintenance.

Staff at the front desk were very helpful, above and beyond any hotel I have ever stayed with, esp Camarra. I spoke with her numerous times. I scheduled the trip for my niece to arrive first. I wanted to be sure she was safe and checked in. The Holiday Inn is lucky to have such personable and dedicated employees like Camarra.

Just that we couldn't stay longer. Our next trip will be back to this Hiliday Inn for sure.

Great hot breakfast every morning. Walking distance to Coligny Beach. Walking distance to Adventure park, which has an amazing playground for kids. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. My kids really enjoyed their pool. Very dog friendly.

Check in was a little confusing. We got there late at night and didn't know there was a separate building for check in, but someone working there was very helpful and helped us find it.

Excellent location, good recreation area near the pool. Close to the ocean.

There is no restroom near the pool or recreation area. The hotel need minors repairs such as balcony doors, toilet paper holder, shower holder
