Beautiful park out back(not part of the hotel but connected), propane fire pit by pool, beautiful deck on pond, big resident alligator in pond, Comfortable beds. Balcony on most rooms. Location to the beach is great but caution should be taken in walking or biking after dark!

Requested for a king bed for an engagement proposal, got 2 queen beds, felt like I was paying for the extra bed that didn't get used. Early pool close times. Breakfast was a 4 out of 10 because there no condiments, staff had no ketchup. It seemed like the salt/pepper shaker was put away on the weekend, also it was the same eggs, sausage w/ biscuits(no variety), and watery sausage patties, all 3 days

I loved how everyone working there was super nice and super helpful. The facilities were well maintained and cleaned thoroughly. If you seen someone who worked there you were greeted with a smile and a hello before you could get it out first.

The room we had still had carpet, I know that is not something to really complain about but most places that are around beaches have went towards the hard wood look. It is just a easier clean up when it comes to the sand and just feels a tad bit cleaner to the feet if kept swept.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past and have enjoyed our stay. It has been a layover spot for our family as we travel south. They are currently remodeling and will be moving the check in area to the building with the rooms. That will be great!! Breakfast was great, with multiple items to choose from. The views around the hotel were great was well, and the ocean was just a short walk away. The staff was very kind and professional as well! We will continue to come back!

Really no significant complaints at all. Once the remodeling is completed, it will only add to its great qualities!

The location was great, walking distance to the beach, close to restaurants. The beach was super clean and it's dog friendly! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (extra firm). Had a good time.

The breakfast is average, nothing special. Like others said, the breakfast is in a separate building, you have to walk a few minutes. Not super convenient, but we survived. Overall we had a nice stay.

rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. we were out walking and the rain started poring and a man from the hotel picked us up in a shuttle cart and took us back to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

our door had a gap on it and the wind kept making a loud howling noise until I got up and put a towel in the door. one of the lights kept flickering but I let them know and they put a ticket in to maintenance.

Excellent location, good recreation area near the pool. Close to the ocean.

There is no restroom near the pool or recreation area. The hotel need minors repairs such as balcony doors, toilet paper holder, shower holder

Staff at the front desk were very helpful, above and beyond any hotel I have ever stayed with, esp Camarra. I spoke with her numerous times. I scheduled the trip for my niece to arrive first. I wanted to be sure she was safe and checked in. The Holiday Inn is lucky to have such personable and dedicated employees like Camarra.

Just that we couldn't stay longer. Our next trip will be back to this Hiliday Inn for sure.

It was exactly what me and my girlfriend wanted. The location is a one-minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the heart of Coligny. The Villa itself had all the amenities we wanted. The price is well worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't notice we had to actually check on a card to have the maid refill some items, so we were without coffee in our room on the second day. I am not a fan of fees that occur when you arrive.

I wish the ice cream vending machine was cheaper.

Omg, it was so BEAUTIFUL, and the location was so AMAZING.

The housekeepers started knocking on the door 2 hrs before checkout multiple times. Felt as if we were being rushed, had to keep telling them over and over we were still in the room and they still kept coming back. It was very annoying.
