Rooms were small and they wouldn't honor the price I received from Priceline.

Where to start. I used Booking.com to get the cheaper rate which was still an overpay. I walked in the room to the stale smell of cigarettes and a warm room. Turn on the AC unit which blew cold air but never stayed on. It would turn off every 10 minutes and never reached the temperature I set. Most of the night it read 81 degrees. Floor was dirty, I pulled back the cover and the sheets were covered in what looked like dog hair. There were multiple stains on the sheets, one that looked like blood. The fabric on the chair was worn through exposing the cushion. The toilet paper was sitting on top of toilet paper the holder was missing the rod. There was a used wash cloth draped over the shower and used packets of shampoo left in the bathroom. By far the worst place I’ve ever walked into. But it was in a quiet area. I selected the hotel because it was “screened clean”. It was the opposite.

The man in the office was nice enough.

I didn't end up staying because it was so bad. I was traveling and need a place to sleep for the night. I got this room because it was cheap on Priceling, but said it was 2.5 star hotel. When I arrived, I thought it was an abandoned hotel property. You couldn't even go inside to register. There was a nice man behind the glass who informed me that the TVs in the rooms didn't work, and asked if I still wanted to keep the reservation. I didn't. Hopefully I will get my money back.

I didn't stay. I was sent to the wrong address where the woman working said the hotel was not called Oyo anywhere. It apparently happens often...So I asked for money back. She said to call booking.

I called booking, they said to call Oyo. At this point, I don't know an Oyo exists so I drove to Florida. Spent my earned money on a hotel room I didn't get to enjoy and Oyo has not responded to emails. BBB will be contacted if I don't get my money. It was a unfortunate mistake .You can't take a customers money for that. It's just wrong

ROOM 102 BED BUGS, bed bug bites on hand, legs, foot and back! Dirty floor, broken refrigerator, broken tub, only sports channels and one SEX channel, nothing for children! This is the cheapest motel in Manning, South Carolina, please level up to get better! We left a day earlier left money and all! When I asked for clean linen the owner said, I don’t give clean linen everyday🤬PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, I repeat, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!

I booked at Oyo but was told when I arrived it is no longer the Oyo and is under new management so I did not have a room. Had to find another room late at night. I droblem. like dnothinga bout

Booking should have been up to date about the ownership and should not have booked me there,
