Fairfield Inn & Suites Santee

The hotel is located in a very quiet area, but close to i95 highway. Beds were comfy and two soft pillows could be arranged in any suitable way. The breakfast was ample and tasty. We liked fried eggs with cheese. The waffle machines were in the good order and the ability to bake 4 separate small waffles instead of a single large one was very convenient. The breakfast room was very clean and well maintained and the stuff was very helpful and friendly. The speed of checkin and checkout was outstanding. We had a good rest after a long drive and will certainly book this hotel again in the nearest future.

The only minor improvement would be a refrigerator with the freezer. At least in some rooms with the option to select a room with the bigger refrigerator if necessary. Other than that we have no negative comments and even this is just a friendly opinion.

Mu family and I always stop here on our way to Disney World from PA. it’s the perfect stop to break up the drive. the staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean and comfy. I love that they have a washer and dryer so I can wash my travels clothes that night to wear again in the morning. before we hit the road in the morning, we enjoy their nice breakfast before we continue our ride to Florida. The Fairfield is always my favorite hotel when traveling, they never disappoint.

the staff were very friendly and everything was nice and clean. we stopped here on our way to Florida to take a break from the drive and this was a great stop. good food choices near by for dinner and they have a very good breakfast in the Morning. The morning that we left the power went out due to a storm that was passing through but the staff handled it very well. my husband is i. a wheelchair and the room was very roomy for him. this is now my yearly stop on my way from Pa to Florida

Without a doubt our stay at the Fairfield in Santee, SC was one of the most pleasant traveling stays that we have ever had. I can't say enough good words about this Inn. From the time we walked in the door to a smiling, cheerful and efficient young man at the desk until we left to continue our travels, every staff member was so friendly, cheerful and all carried big smiles on their faces. Everyone must have just come from a hospitality seminar. They were so dedicated to the guests and to their duties, a trait that I quite frankly have not seen in years at most businesses. You felt so welcome and comfortable. The rooms were extremely clean as was the entire facility. The decor was beautiful. Management deserves a big pat on the back as they have everybody on staff doing as well as displaying the most positive attitude that I have ever experienced. Everything was so perfect that upon returning home we signed up for the Marriott rewards program.

There was nothing that we could see that fit this category. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful customer service as soon as I arrived and during checkout. Love how they offered free bottles of water for the entire family. Entire hotel and room was very clean.

We were given a handicapped room even though we did not request one but we didn’t mind too much since the room was very spacious and clean.

Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a wonderful bathtub. The hotel is quiet and the staff is very friendly. They take precautions in the breakfast area using all customers' gloves, and all the food is wrapped.

There is no variety of breakfast.

The room and facilities were very clean and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

The beds were a little softer than I like but most people would think they’re very comfortable. Everything else was great.

I stayed at this particular hotel because it was relatively close the funeral home we used to bury my mother, and close to relatives I wanted to visit after.

I live in the DC area, and the rates were as high as the rates here, with discounts offered. Also, I booked 12 rooms but were only given 11, and I was worried that my family did not have enough room. However, we made it work.

The woman working at reception checked us in then found yogurt for me to be able to take my medicine. I was very sick and this was so kind of her. I wish I had her name. Thank you !

Great hotel stop off I 95, convenient location off highway. It was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice amenity when traveling with family.

There was a railroad track behind the hotel but noise was pretty minimal.
