The location was good and extra points for being right next to cracker barrel. I also appreciated the accommodations as requested with no stairs.

The bathroom floor was dirty and there was curly black hair in the sink. That was about it.

Great stay for the value. Updated room features were really nice. Some features still need updating (shower). Otherwise it was a quiet, very comfortable stay! Dog friendly with nice sidewalks and grass around building to walk pups. Definitely good value, great staff, would stay again!

The bath tub had old non-slip strips that were off putting and there was a cracked but cemented tile in our bathroom area that was not lovely. But these were just cosmetic, still very clean. Oh and the rooms smelled like disinfectant... which isn't a terrible thing if you get the air circulating.

The best thing about this property was the staff, they were friendly, professional & always willing & able to answer questions.

1. I did not like the heating system, it was cold in the room, taking a shower in the morning was difficult. The problem is that the grilles on the unit are fixed, they do not move up & down; it is important that the grilles are able to move up & down in other to get the air to be properly distributed in the room: - hot air moves up automatically, therefore grilles need to point down, - cold air moves down automatically, therefore grilles need to point up. 2. The parking lot needs works, a lot of puddles form when it rains making it almost imposible to get to the car without feet & shoes getting soaked.

Staff was VERY friendly and courteous. Room was clean and in a great location for me, as I use a cane and couldn't access the second level. I requested a lower-level room and that request was honored, which I really appreciated.

There was a slight odor in the bathroom.....not exactly sure what it was, but perhaps emanated from the kitchen area of the lobby? I was right next to the main office. It was not unbearable, but certainly noticeable.

The hotel was very nice upon checking in the attendance she was very friendly w/ a smile.😊👍

Thing we did not like the pillows was to small they look like pillows for a sofa & also we thought that there some kind of meats for breakfast. Hopefully the next visit the hotel (Tru) will be completed on our next visit & maybe that old Burger King building will be knock down or maybe some other type of restaurant.

Room location, pretty clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was limited, perhaps due to Covid.

The room was clean, lighting was bright, bed linens were good, mattress was good, hot water was good, refrigerator was fine. Didn't use the microwave or coffee maker but I'm sure it was fine. Breakfast was great, bananas, apples, cereal, oatmeal, grits, bagels, muffins, yogurt and waffle maker!

Towels could have been a bit better quality but for the room price and quality of everything else, towels were fine

SUPER EXCELLENT STAY!! Would gladly stay here again and again. Met by staff that went out of their way to help and guided me to parking my pickup and long trailer in a secure area. But the greatest part of the stay was the BED! DREAM WELL with the wonderful pillow like bed, which I have never experienced the comfort of these beds in all my travels and I am sorry I did not see where they were made or the brand name. Very happy with the stay, will make this a point of rest whenever I pass through! LOVED IT.

Breakfast was a little challenged, so we did not eat, but there are plenty of places nearby. I had such a good stay I did not care.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and had a new floor, new wall paint and new bathroom toilet. The bed was comfortable. Sheets and towels were clean. All around very nice stay.

The only suggestion I have is to have two firm pillows and two soft pillows for the bed. We had a King-size room. It was great that there was four pillows. However, all four pillows were very soft and crushed very easily. I know everyone has different preferences as far as pillows being soft or firm, but if there were two firm and two soft pillows, it would help in having options to choose from.

Easy access to I95. Affordable. Pets allowed. Breakfast included. Store and restaurant close by.

The cat got underneath the bed and came out with lots of dust bunnies. It would be nice if the openings at the top of the bed were closed or screened off so the animal couldn't get underneath. And/ or.... cleaned regularly under beds.
