The location is perfect. It’s near shopping, restaurants, and Broadway. They have heated pools. The staff is really nice.

The room could’ve been better cleaned. There was hair on the bed and the floor didn’t seem that clean. Also seen a bug at one point. The numbers were rubbed off/missing for the stove and oven so it was impossible to know what temperature the oven was at while cooking but we made it work.

The room was very clean. The view of the ocean from the room was great.

Parking for check in was difficult…very congested…had to exit garage area for check in and park across the street to check in. This facility has a parking garage off the facility’s site. However, it is a block from the hotel. Inconvenient especially for late night check in.

Hotel was beautiful, Stylish and very clean. room had its own washer and dryer. very handy.

waited for an hour and a half to get into my room. I checked in the had to wait over an hour to get my room key while watching about 20 other people pull right up, unpack they’re car and go straight to their room. it was extremely frustrating. having to walk a block away for the parking deck wasn’t the greatest either.

The beachfront property was clean & well maintained. Beautiful views from oceanfront rooms! A full service hotel/ resort with bell desk & 24 hr front desk. An ideal location 6/7 blocks off the Boardwalk. Staff is very friendly & accommodating. Self park your vehicle one block from the main property in designated parking garage or valet service. 6 smaller pools, including hot tubs & a lazy river. The pool area has direct gated access to the beautiful Myrtle beach.

Anderson Beach resort has a small coffee shop in the lobby limited hours with Jimmy Dean type reheatable sandwiches. Also a small oceanfront bar with chips available for purchase. A small full service restaurant would be a nice addition directly in the property. There aren’t too many restaurants within walking distance. Magnolias is plus directly across the street with decent buffet style dining/order off menu items. Grateful to have a close location for take out lunches etc.

Everything was great. Room, bathroom, jacuzzi, view, balcony, swimming pool hot tub, gate to the beach, beach access easily, parking, golf ⛳️ area. A lot of people complained about parking, first it was a whole building parking lot. Second there was a lot of parking spaces. And third it was so easy to get there just 5 min walk and the walk there is really nice and was specially made. And if u want to drop ur stuff first so u won’t carry them across 2 streets ( small streets) there are some parking for that by the door.

Nothing honestly. The only think, people next to us were smoking on their balcony and it was like a chimney when we were trying to enjoy the view and the weather. But that’s not the hotels fault since the hotel is a smoke free hotel.

I love the room, very spacious with an apartment feel. The view of the ocean from the balcony was amazing. The room came with a washer and dryer inside of the room was perfect. The kitchen was large and everything you need to cook and clean was provided. The bed was super comfortable and spacious. Overall, the hotel was amazing! Very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. there are multiple pools and spas to choose from so you aren't crowded in one area. Very upscale feel and my stay was amazing... 10 out of 10 recommend. I will be back with my family for sure.

The wasn't anything about my stay that I didn't like, nor would I change. The is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Myrtle Beach by far.

My family and I absolutely loved this property. It was our first time staying at this resort and we were beyond pleased. Our room was extremely large, clean, and comfortable. Loved the option of having a kitchen and washer and dryer with a family. We arrived earlier than expected and just checked to see what time for sure our room would become available. We were checked in and room ready by 10:30am (usually it is 4:00). We were able to spend even more time enjoying the beach than expected. Highly recommend and will be back again in the future.

Nothing I disliked. Wished the pool DJ was available everyday. 😀

The location was great. The room was spacious for the 4 of us and the view was amazing. There was a full size kitchen which helped when the kids were wanting cold drinks and food at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The valets were quick and friendly! When we called about linens they did their best to accommodate although there was only 1 housekeeping staff member for the whole evening.

The pull-out couch mattress was heavily stained throughout but thankfully not on the portion my kids slept. There were no linens or pillows for the pull-out couch and it took a while to get them delivered to the room, which delayed our evening activities. It was overpriced slightly for the condition of the room.

The entire facility was beautiful and clean and I love how they had all kinds of toys for the children to play with and how accommodations that were provided for the outside amenities..

I would like the check in time to be earlier due to people traveling from out of town and they would like to get settled in earlier than 4pm and then we have to check out at 11am is just not enough time to really enjoy ourselves and then try to rest well after enjoying the beach and the pools.. It seems like as soon as you get settled in for bed it’s time to pack and go. So please for future upgrades please considered making adjustments to those times. Thanks I’m sure a-lot of guest would appreciate this change.
