The indoor Pool and Spa was closed for maintenance and renovation during our stay one day before our arrival and has to walk to another location to use the pool as an alternative. I found this to be a little disappointing because we were hoping to use it because the temperatures outside for the outdoor pool was too cold to swim and use. it would be helpful for the hotel to let visitors know this ahead of their stay to make better accommodations. Also, the water pressure in the room and shower was very poorly and needs to be addressed.

This property is amazing. The staff were most accommodating with an early check in, and exceptionally friendly. The room is massive, with an open plan style kitchen living room. There is also a balcony with a view of the beach. The location is ideal with the beach literally 1 minute walk from the hotel. For what we received it is excellent value for money and I can definitely recommend this property and I will most definitely visit again

The staff were first rate. The room was clean and modern. Fully furnished kitchen. The bed was comfortable. Also the room had its own washer/ dryer. The location is very convenient. The overall appearance is clean and safe.

The area used to unload your vehicle when you arrive becomes jammed up. We had to circle the block waiting for an opening to enter. Cars are left parked while you check in, which is on the second floor, so you have to take an elevator. That would be my second mark against the property. There are 3 elevators in this facility, you will have to wait, sometimes quite a bit to catch one. Parking for the facility is a block away. We stayed in March, the crowds weren't bad, in peak season it would be.

Exceptionally friendly/helpful staff. Gorgeous room/view met expectations from booking information. Location was perfect! Close enough to fun things yet far enough out of the hustle and bustle.

Room gets a 9/10 for cleanliness, 10/10 for expectations met though! The shower had some hair stuck to the walls from the previous occupant. And the fridge had mild debris stuck to the inside of the door. Everything else was pristine. I grew up in the hotel business so I'm a tough sell on a 10/10 clean room so a 9/10 for me is really good!

It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of four. I loved having the kitchen and stackable washer and dryer in our unit. The men working the Valet were very nice and always friendly. The close access to the beach was perfect and our kids had fun at the hotel pool.

The bathroom sink pressure was horrible and the sink didn’t drain correctly, it kept filling up. The wifi wasn’t good and kept kicking us off. The shower water pressure was horrible and was either scolding hot or freezing cold, no in between. Someone was smoking weed on our floor and our room filled with the smell, which we had to call to complain about. For the price we paid to stay here, we shouldn’t of had to worry about these inconveniences.

Valet entered and moved my vehicle without permission, following telling me I no longer had a room upon arrival due to me not wanting to move my vehicle before checking in once parked. He was beligerant and made me very upset. This was confirmed to the Manager that did nothing by other Patrons driving up checking in. His professionalism was deplorable and unacceptable.

Addressed and reprimanded. Did something or said something to satisy my uncomfortableness. Management handled it terribly and did nothing to the guy.

the customer service was amazing all the staff were super friendly and accommodating. our 3 bedroom was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Balcony with ocean front view was amazing. hotel is located close to many restaurants and stores.

The beach chairs had to be rented and they could only be rented thru a 3rd party.

Very beautiful resort! Great location! Bed was superb comfort! Entire resort was spotless, clean at its finest! Bar cushions were really comfy in room. The indoor pool/jacuzzi was a great accommodation to be able to swim in the winter. Room size was great. Came with full kitchen, washer/dryer [stackable], barn style sliding bathroom door. Balcony door was super durable & heavy to open but was completely sound proof. There was a bar & a marketplace in the lobby for your convenience [I didn't use it]. Layout in room was great. The entire modern feel of the resort/appearance was amazing! Check in/ check out was quick & easy.

24 floors, 1 ice machine. Ridiculous. Parking being a block away. Indoor Pool/jacuzzi area closing at 8pm. Small area to pull into for checking in/out, or dropping off at door. Water pressure in rooms wasn't high enough for me. Came out very light in the shower & bathroom sink. The one time I called the front desk to ask a question, i was immediately put on hold & it took too long for them to come back to the phone so I hung up & went downstairs to ask at the front desk.
