The entire place was exceptionally clean and beautifully aesthetic. Our bathroom was huge and modern. We loved the large balcony area on the 2nd floor and the spacious, beautiful lobby with comfy seats and tables. The location was great, right across the street from a Starbucks and Ben & Jerry’s, but far enough away from the crowded grandstand area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in took less than 10 minutes, and checkout about a minute with zero hassles. The free breakfast was delicious. There were ample elevators and luggage racks. It never felt crowded. It’s a spacious, beautiful, immaculate place to relax.

The (beautiful) shower never actually got hot and lacked proper drainage. The few times we were able to take a lukewarm shower, we had to lay towels in the floor, wring them out, & hang them to dry. There was a loud buzzing noise on and off every so often. It sounded like a drill and could be heard inside the room and in the hallway. It may have been construction work nearby, but it was annoying and we never figured out what it was. It was inconvenient to park across the street in a garage. We were always able to find a spot but were nervous we may not each time. Parking spaces are tight. Plus we had to pay $20 a day for parking (even for the day we left). Pools and parking are shared with another hotel (Breakers).

The room was comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful view from the 14th floor. Staff at check in was friendly. Enjoyed the pools and lazy river. The pool area was well kept. Complimentary breakfast was good and they also served Turkey Sausage which was a plus. Great location that was near restaurants and fun things to do that was in walking distance.

The gentleman that worked at the bar was not welcoming or knowledgeable about the drinks. He was rude and he should not be interacting with guest if he is going to have that type of demeanor it is a bad look for the hotel. Food at the restaurant was mediocre and you are better off dining somewhere else for what you pay. They need to do better especially just opening. Staff need to give correct information if the restaurant opens at 4pm or 5pm. Which we found out is 5pm and is only open for about 3-4 hours.

This place was outstanding. Rooms was so nice at first thought they gave us the wrong room until i seen name displayed in tv. Very Quite and close enough to every thing. Definitely stay here again.

Being charged to park across the street. Parking was limited. If you leave you had to worry about finding spot when you return and also very narrow going in and out.

No way to secure bathroom door, food and bar selection was minimal or inconvenient, was not able to use the wifi, would like for trash to be removed daily or for trash bags to be provided.

Location and that it was a newer hotel.

Being a newer hotel I was a little disappointed in some of the things in our room for the price we were charged. There was a broken off bed light and there was no lights at all in the room near the balcony. It was very dark trying to look at our belongings. There was also a broken toilet paper holder in bathroom were the roll kept falling off. My husband had to fix the toilet at least twice cause it flushed strangely and the most important thing was the handrail on the balcony was totally cracked off from the post. For being a new place it was a little run down. However the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We arrived quite early before the checkin time and they were able to provide us a room right away. We had a queen suite with an ocean view and the view was really wonderful. We liked. The quality of the bedding and the nice size of the suite. The breakfast was good and was available until 10am. The pool and balcony terrasse was great. The laundry room was perfect.

The room refrigerator does have a freezer. The parking is a but high price a T 20$ per day. This is a large hotel with 26 floors so there is usually a wait for the elevator. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the start of the boardwalk at Myrtle beach.

The hotel was very clean and all of the staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. We were checked in by Jamie. Jamie was exceptional throughout our stay. She explained everything about the hotels features and parking situation. She gave us excellent suggestions for vegan friendly restaurants. We were there to celebrate my 60th birthday. Jamie surprised me by decorating our room with rose petals and balloons. She also left a card, prosceco and snacks. Each day she asked us how were were doing and how was the night before. The staff at the Bistro bar were great also. We had dinner and drinks there one night. They have the Beyond burger on their menu. The cook came out to make sure it was prepared to our liking. We were served at the Bistro by a gentleman bartender, didn't get his name, and Barbara. Both were very nice also. Breakfast just okay for us because the only vegan options were oatmeal, potatoes and fruit. We expected this and brought nondairy creamer with us for the coffee . I suggest, at the least, adding nondairy milk. That way, vegans can have dry cereal and can add it to coffee or tea if they wish.

The only thing we did not like was the bed. It was too soft for us. We like a firmer mattress. I have slept on soft mattresses before, but this one seemed to sink in the middle. We were given the option to move to another room, but I declined and just used the sofa instead. My suggestion is to invest in new mattresses

Breakfast was delicious everyday and has plenty of options to eat. The cleanliness of the lobby, seating area, elevators, and room was outstanding! Self service laundry area was a bonus!

The lazy river outdoor was always so cloudy. I also am not a fan of salty tasting swimming pools, although the swimming pool was much cleaner looking than the neighboring buildings.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Comfortable beds with no signs of use, stains, etc. The lobby was spacious with tons of seating options. Many different pool options for all ages. Beach access is quick and simple. The complimentary breakfast was actually quite good, which was a pleasant surprise as we've had no so great experiences with this at other hotels in the past, and the dining area was beautiful and comfortable. Loved everything about our stay, and have already booked again for our next vacation.

It’s super clean & new! The furnishings and modern interior design were very inviting, and the hotel sits right on the beach! They have free breakfast every morning and the BEST wings in their Bistro Bar. There are AMAZING VIEWS from every area of the hotel. Gelt like I was staying in a resort. I had a wonderful experience this weekend.
