this place was amazing! we had to cancel another trip and just stumbled upon this gem, and so glad we did! we originally were staying new nights and extended it to 6!! the staff is wonderful and so kind, the multiple pool area are clean and well kept, the beach area is wonderful and the restaurants are nice as well. you can’t beat the location and the views for the price!!

the only issue we had was not really with the property but other guest who kept the party going too late in the morning for us.

The view and location was perfect.

The parking garage, trucks blocked plenty of parking spaces to keep cars from parking beside them

We absolutely love the location! We frequented the River City Cafe and putt putt, often! Both are directly across the street. The beach is right there for you to grab! Love the location, love the area. The resort was quite busy - there really are not enough elevators when the site is busy. It takes awhile to get to the room because of this. We still found it worth it! The room was small but very clean and well put together. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I - maybe too small for a family to really be comfortable but I’m not sure. The balcony is tiny in comparison to other places. The one thing I was not happy about was the pictures that showed ocean view - it was quite misleading. Definitely ocean view (not ocean front - we could not find ocean front) but only a very small side portion of it. Still beautiful, but misleading. Otherwise, this is a beautiful facility - everything clean and nicely done. Amazing beds that are extremely comfortable. Lots of cozy pillows! Plenty of extras. Love the wrist band check-in so that a key card is not needed! That is handy. Soooo many restaurants deliver to the location via DoorDash and bring it to the room - so places will not allow that. We were 7th floor and they brought it directly up. Overall great experience! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

This hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. We got an ocean front room and was able to walk out to the pool or ocean in minutes.

Someone above us decided to blast their music at 1:15 am for a solid 30 minutes. It was so loud you could hear it on the other end of the room even with all the doors shut. Explicit lyrics and all. Tried calling front desk multiple times to take care of it but no one picked up until I called from my cell phone. This is a family hotel, people had children with them. People were yelling off their balconies for this person to shut the music off. Just ridiculous and selfish. Elevators took forever sometimes. There were 3 but it seemed like only one was running most of the time. Hotel doors were all slamming shut starting at 6am. You’re not going to be able to sleep in.

I loved that you could use 1 of 4 of the resorts .. They had these cool bracelets for access to your room pool Etc.. Staff was very nice the room was clean and house keeping came in everyday for trash and towel.. No towel restrictions.. room 947

My balcony was a side view, and no smoking on balcony. If I have to be picky, I would have like to have the bedroom with a baloney instead you came in the door you were at the bedroom once you walked through then you came to living space.. But I will definitely be coming back again

Oceanfront view was great... the suite was spacious.. bathroom was spacious... the elevators were fast... having restaurants and Starbucks right there was also great!! Room and bathroom was clean...i love the bracelets to access things vs. trying to keep up with a card

First let me say that I'm OCD...Murphy bed wasn't appealing...sheets were clean but it was a lot of dirt and dust around the base...luggage carts were nasty...could use a cleaning or new covering...carpets color disguised a lot but if you look closely it could use a cleaning... my only real dislike were the beds... very springy and not comfortable... but i love the clean white sheets...pool area was just too crowded to try to even enjoy it...parking is across the street and trying to load and unload in front of the building can get congested...

In general it was a very pleasant experience, our stay was 7 days and I think that the room we requested fully met our expectations, perhaps we would have loved one with a frontal view of the sea, but it is not what they offered, they gave us what they offered, I think the location is the best, if you are with your family this place is ideal because you will find fun in any corner, there is food, attractions, beach, pool, well a large number of amenities. Don't expect it to be the most luxurious hotel, but if it's good for what you pay, I would think it's a very good price for what you can get. It has parking included which is something great, the parking lot is in a building in front but it is included, you will save money on this.

We would have liked the maids to have a general time for each day and thus be able to have our clean towels at a convenient time, I also noticed that there was a bit of mold in the showers, very little but it really shouldn't be there, it doesn't feel nice. I recommend you be patient when checking in because there are a lot of people if you go in high season.

location and room

my room charge included housekeeping but I only received what I paid for if I called every day to request service. If I’m paying for it, I shouldn’t have to ask for it!!!

This property was in the center of the strip… if your looking for the vacation feel of family’s playing and people laying out then this is a great location. It is next to a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and starbucks. The restaurant next door Bummz beach cafe was convenient for drinks and food when we didn’t want to walk down the strip. It has a patio and inside eating. There was also music. At the breakers they had a DJ playing and they had a small bar for drinks outside. overall it was very nice and very convenient to the beach. The chairs and umbrellas that they set up on the beach is 45$ for the day. We did do that one day.

The checking in process was challenging. They said they rolled out a new system to the housekeepers and there was a lot of confusion.

The construction Was absolutely terrible Monday morning they were jack hammering right by the room.. The noise was so loud could not even hear TV and woke us up in am. I can stay around construction but we were right in the middle of it.. Manager did apologise. No one should have been rented a room in that bldg. No coffee pot. Cleaning service showed up late. Never even entered room. It was dinner time. Needs more tp. I know some things were petty. I have stayed at the Breakers for 10 years because it was nice. As the pools etc are nice the price just keeps getting higher a d higher. I know taxes suck,but a price break on room would be great.
