location and the view. Amenities were nice but no staff to enforce any rules.

after being told I couldn’t check in early , I arrive to find my room had not been touched at all for cleaning. the cleaning ladies showed up a few minutes after I had called owner. Door to fridge was completely broken off. Sofa was dirty and as someone else mention the pillows on sofa were smelly. if a few of these things can be cleaned and fixed it would really be a great place to stay

Check in was easy since you can go straight to room. It’s right on the beach, beautiful views, room was exceptionally clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable. Literally the cleanest “hotel” shower I’ve ever been in. The pools were clean and never overcrowded. We had an issue with the neighbor our first night and security handled it immediately. Overall a fabulous stay with great facilities.

Could use more toilet paper, but not a deal breaker.

This place is absolutely amazing. You can tell the owner cares and has made this really nice. It was absolutely immaculate and loaded with everything needed. Fully stocked kitchen, living room was nice with a spectacular view from the balcony, the bedroom had two really comfortable beds and huge TV’s in each room. Take a few steps to the elevator, get in and hit L, get out and take a few steps and you’re poolside. It just doesn’t get any better than this.

Very clean upon arriving. Location was perfect, right on the beach and has multiple pools if you don’t feel like being in the ocean. Great bar with awesome drinks. 100% worth the money and it wasn’t even as expensive as other places on the beach. 3min walk to all the shops and attractions. The lister was very helpful and always responds quickly. I will definitely be coming back next year

Loved the property

Love the location - lots of restaurants and activities within walking distance. The unit was clean and comfortable. Great ocean front view. Had one question and the owner answered quickly.

The internet access with a bit wonky at times, but that was just a good way to get me off my phone and out on the beach! I do wish there was a little better security lock on the door. I felt safe in the unit, but would have like to have had a deadbolt or chain on the door.

Good location, nice view of the beach from the apt balcony, clean apt, adequate furnishings, sufficient kitchen amenities and responsive host. Nice to find some decent chopsticks but a proper tea-kettle with strainer (not the stove-top type) would have added a star !

sound proofing of walls / roof (noises from the adjacent apts were a bit annoying at night). Living room sofas are of low quality and show their age. Could not find any toilet cleaning brushes ( should be there) !

Conveniently located with oceanfront balcony and view.

Had a little trouble with locking the door. The electronic deadbolt didn't line up perfectly with the door strike in the frame. Made if difficult to lock. Housekeeping and host provided key in lockbox to solve the problem. Minor inconvenience, but frustrating at first. Glad it was resolved easily.

The building itself is old but had everything we needed. The condo, on the other hand was PERFECT!! It was newly furnished, very clean, and was extremely comfortable, not to mention the exceptional view of the ocean! I have already recommended it to members of my family and we hope to return for other vacations. I can’t say enough good things about this condo.

We loved it all

Everything... the bed was comfortable... bathroom was clean and neat... the living room was nice and wonderful to lounge in after a long drive. And most importantly... the balcony views... absolutely amazing.

There is nothing that I didn't like during my stay... I had a comfortable stay, and I did enjoy my stay.

We absolutely loved the condo. Great view and loved the higher floor. Only thing the coffee pot needs replacing. Water stayed in top and I had a problem getting my coffee in the mornings. But that is an easy fix. I will definately stay there again.
