The view was beautiful, overlooking the ocean. It was nice having breakfast included. The floors in the lobby and breakfast area were beautiful. Parking was free, very convenient.

Arrived Tuesday and by 330 Wednesday still no room service. I went to the front desk and was told they did not offer full service. She gave me clean towels. The room service consisted of a knock on the door. They would offer to take out trash and exchange towels. We cleaned the door jams, sounds silly, but you could see the grime. We still left a small tip, the staff were very friendly. We probably wouldn't go back, the area did not seem safe.

Breakfast was really good. The location of the hotel was right on the beach. The hotel itself was really beautiful, including the grounds outside. The swimming pools inside and out were really clean. The desk clerks when we checked it was extremely helpful and friendly!

The parking garage parking spots were extremely small for a full size truck and their wasn’t much room to back into the parking spots. Coming in to the garage it was a little confusing on which way to go. Even the cars in front of us had trouble with that. It would be helpful if the which way signs on the pavement and on the walls were in a bright color instead of faded white.

The check in time was at 6 the check in receptionist took our number and our bags said she would call us befor 4pm she never did I had to call her room still wasn’t ready she got a little mad because I asked her what am I suppose to do and I didn’t get a room until 6pm I don’t think I shouldn’t have had to pay for the first night

Right on the beach! Pools and hot tubs were clean. Rooms were clean, although could have been a little bigger. Breakfast was good and they kept it restocked, different hot foods each morning, (eggs, meat and potatoes, of course waffles, bagels, toast. Many different selections and something for everyone!

Was told there was a freezer in room and there was not. 🙁. Dogs were allowed In breakfast area. Not really walking distance to any good restaurants. Ice machine not on every floor. Other than a few inconveniences, it was just good for price.

The renovated rooms were very nice and clean. We loved the fact that the whole hotel was pet friendly and we weren't segregated to "certain rooms" which are usually in poor quality as with some pet friendly hotels. We loved the ocean view balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the huge flatscreen tv was a bonus though we didn't watch much tv. We also loved the huge lobby which had plenty of nice views and places to sit. We were happy with the free breakfast in the morning.

We didn't like the fact that people could smoke on the balcony as the smoke from other balconies would have us choking at times. We wished there was a pool area that was ok to have our dog sit with us by the pool. We also felt the check in person could have been more cordial by asking us how our stay was and if everything went well. etc. We also wished that there were a few more waffle stations as the waffle lines were pretty long each morning.

The beach front location was excellent. The building is currently undergoing beautiful renovations. The beds were very comfortable and I did travel with pets very accommodating to them. The free breakfast was good. The staff in the breakfast area were very helpful. I loved the balcony in the morning for my prayer calls during my stay. Good kitchen pots and dishware. Self parking on the premises. The 2 bedroom option is expensive but worth it! Lots of pools.

The kitchen does not have an oven. Only a 2 burner cook top. Beach rules for pets were different depending on the lifeguards. I do understand people not wanting to share the beach or pool areas with unruly pets and owners. May need another hot tub option. It was always crowded.

The rooms and the entire complex are very nice and clean. The pools and the exterior from the pools to the beach are very nice. I will definitely stay at this hotel the next time I visit Myrtle Beach.

I arrived at 4 p.m., which was the check-in time. One of my two rooms was ready, and the other I was initially told would be ready in about 15 minutes. Since I had young children with me, I sent them to the room with my son. After about 20 minutes, I was told the other room was not ready, and it would be about another 15 minutes. Finally, the desk agent called me over and told me she was upgrading me to another room because my room was still not ready. I was finally checked in at 5 pm, and was the only person waiting at registration for a room. I was very pleased with the upgraded room, but was a little annoyed that I had to sit there for close to 40 minutes to get to my room after traveling 3 hours by car to get to the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. Quiet rooms (even close to elevator). Good breakfast. Pet area on the property. Outside showers to wash off sand.

Pet area closed at 10pm. If your pet needed outside after 10, then you would have to go off property. It would be great if they offered a fenced in area that is open 24 hours for pets. Pool towels were located at front desk only. It would be more convenient for them to be accessible in the pool area. Doors to pool area don’t have a catch. With the wind coming off the beach, the door would slam hard with entry/exit. This was not only startling, but dangerous for kids

Nice sleeping area with comfortable beds and pillows. Balcony was a good size for 2 and provided a great ocean view. Room was very quiet for sleeping.

Bathroom: No toilet seat cover or other place to sit, which is very helpful for senior citizens when drying off or dressing. No towel racks except the shower bar. Only one wall hook. Clothes hook on door was gone and not replaced. Balcony: No table, Unable to enjoy food or drink comfortably. Bedroom: Closet door stuck and had to be forcefully opened.

What didn't we like?!?! This hotel was beyond AMAZING!!! The breakfast was very tasty, fresh, and with multiple hot and cold selections! But, BEST OF ALL... When we booked our room "2 queens w/Partial Ocean view", they had accidentally overbooked our room. So, when we arrived at the hotel, they upgraded us to a 12th fl 2 bed, 2 bath suite!!! We loved it SO MUCH, we stayed a 2nd night!!! 😂

The breakfast lines were a little long... and I wish they'd designate just a few "Adult's only" hot tubs and pools out of their 7 pools 😂🚼
