The room was really nice. We had a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony and partial ocean view. The room was clean and that is always a huge plus. It had everything you needed for a vacation with the family. Having two bathrooms was a godsend with having 5 kids. My wife was happy to find a washer/dryer in the suite and it came in very handy. The staff were very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. I think it was worth the money for the most part. Could have been a bit cheaper but we were thoroughly pleased with everything, nonetheless. A very short walk to the beach and that's another huge bonus. Parking garage onsite and not across the street. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would definitely return.

The beds need replaced I think. It wasn't sunken in or lumpy just not as good of a mattress as you'd expect, I guess. And the pillows were too thick. My neck was a bit sore each morning, if I used it. Not terrible though. The whole outside of the building could use a fresh coat of paint but still looks good. Would have been great if they had the foresight to make the walls thicker between the master bedroom and the next room's living room. Our neighbors were pretty loud, every night. Thankfully, it didn't last much past quiet time. Also, the casting feature they have on the TV's doesn't work at all. It's Chromecast and I've used them before but couldn't get any of them to work.

Mobile check-in and check-out were very convenient. We opted use of traditional card keys rather than the digital key option. We loved how close we were to the beach, and we enjoyed the outdoor pools. Appreciated the fresh towels daily and that there were poolside hotel towels. The staff was very accommodating whenever we reached out. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen, even though we didn't fully use it, but definitely used the washer and dryer. Our stay was over the 4th of July, and the kiddos loved the fireworks on the beach. Free movie rentals were a nice added touch.

Overall we had a good experience. Everything was clean. We texted to get trash pickup or new towels, which was convenient. We had a decent view from our room. The kitchen had dishes and pans but we could have used an oven mit. You could exit the hotel and walk right to the beach.

The furnace/AC unit never shut off, we could change the temp but it never stopped running, even when we changed the thermostat to off. The sound got annoying but not a huge issue. The toilet kept running too.

This Was My 2nd Year Staying at Grande Shores I Really Love It, Being So Close To The Beach. WE ALL Took Turns Cooking So We Sat Down As A Family 💜 We Hadn't Taken A Girls Trip With Both Of My Sisters and My Mom IN A Few Years So This Was A True Family Reunion 💜

The Hide Away Bed Was Not Comfortable 😔 Perhaps Change The Mattress. The Coffee Maker Was A Little Complicated To Use But On The 2nd Day My Mom Figured It Out. Other Than That I Enjoyed Myself 💜

I loved how there were multiple pools available including the 2 lazy river and 2 kids pools . I also liked how we had the option to rent (the renting was free it was included in your stay) dvds for the kids. Also loved that you offered the pool side bar and food and it was not a bad price at all. Even the morning buffet was affordable.

I have no complaints about the hotel. The only thing I did not like was the parking deck. It was a little tight but hey aside from that everything else was great.

It was right on the beach. I had the Condo with 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with private bathroom, 2 bedrooms share bathroom. Full kitchen, living room and ocean side view; which I chose view! For families with little kids they had a lot of activities. Our children are older. We traveled to places, all were very close by too. Spent mornings on the beach. Watched the sunrise from the balcony, and beach.

Personally, the bed was uncomfortable. That’s really it.

Everything was great we were in room 1120 with sideview of the ocean but it was still amazing the fact that there were mutilples pools. The kitchen had Everything we needed to cook during our stay as well as glassware. It was very quiet for the most part the last night there were some very noisy neighbors but other than that our overall experience was great.

The fact that there were no smoking signs around the pool area and no one was enforcing this policy.

The beds were really comfortable. TV's worked well. Pools and hot tubs were clean and easy to access. Maid service was great. Parking garage worked well. Front desk was always there if you had a question. A/C worked good. Nice view from a north facing room...not beach front, but still nice. Pretty quiet room.

I know people don't go to the beach to sit on a sofa and watch TV...but there comes a time when a person does that...The sofa(bed type) was very uncomfortable to sit on. The phone in the Living room has a bad cord. A new shower head would have been nice. Frying pan was workable, but old style non teflon type. The window next to the entry door really lets in a lot of light at night.

I loved just about everything. The main reason what got me to walk into this place was one phone call with the front desk associate named Aro. His customer service at 2 am was amazing and welcoming over the phone and did not change in person either. He was able to accommodate me at that time, he was so pleasant to speak with and was so detailed in explaining the hotel and amenities . The 3 bedroom suite was very spacious, modern and comfortable. I stayed here with family and It was everything to us. the beach was in close distance from the 1sr floor, most hotels have a walk from the hotel to the beach in the back. The pools were clean, and nice. The pool bar was opened on Thursday, and the bartender was amazing and friendly . be careful with the long islands lol they got me . overall this was an amazing trip and stay at this hotel. I highly recommended It.

Two things I didn't like, towels were never near the pool area and then when our trash was packed I wasn't able to go throw It away on our floor as the container are too small.

I booked a smoking room and got a non smoking room. And I was on the 8 floor
