The Amenties were amazing! Met up with 2 other families and it was perfect for all of us! We enjoyed all the options for the pools, arcade, and mini golf! Definitely great for families!

1 of the 2 beds in our room squeaked everytime you barely moved! Woke me up alot.

I like the restaurant,beach location and staff.The clean rooms and comfortable beds.Plenty of parking.

The indoor pool was not too clean,they only had 1 jacuzzi working,wasn't able too use due too over crowded

Pools were nice, right by the beach, lots of stuff to do right on the property. Kids had a great time. Restaurants in walking distance. Close enough to the board walk you can drive there but don’t have the crowds.

Its clearly older building so a little run down in places. If you lose your wrist band the policy is to not give you a new one. Good luck if you have a 6 year old getting in and out of the pools and ocean for 6 days straight.

No daily room service, and if you need room essentials, you have to go to the front desk. I would recommend bringing your own towels and wash cloths

The location and the rate. I love that it was so close to the beach.

The hot tub in the facility was down. We had to walk to the kids fun zone and it was cold. But we survived. Also, they need to spray in the rooms because there was a dead roach on the stove. We had to spray down the whole room. Two towels in the room were ripped also

Our room was the perfect size for a quick weekend getaway. I liked all the surrounding things to do and restaurants being in the same building. The balcony was perfect as well to sit out and enjoy the view.

The indoor pool and hot tubs needed to be cleaned a little bit better. Some amenities being closed. The sick had hardly any pressure.

The whole experience was awesome! This Resort has everything you need. Two Restaurants. Ice Cream Shop. Convenience Store. 6 outdoor pools. 2 indoor pools. A water park. 2 lazy rivers. Hot Tubs. Gift Shop. 3 multilevel parking garages. Plus tons of open parking. Very nice Beach front. And I'm sure I'm missing some other stuff. All the Staff that we encountered, were extremely professional, helpful, and very well mannered, and extremely nice. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I personally have only two very small complaints. Our Shower was to small for my taste, but I am a big guy. And, I would prefer a softer mattress. But I rested well regardless.

Loved the lazy river and the water park. Our room had plenty of space for 6. Staff was very friendly and helpful, great amenities for the kids. Highly recommend River City which is on the street side of the resort. Awesome food, we ate here twice.

Couldn’t see the beach from the lazy river and water park. The pool on the beach side only had loungers, no chairs so we ended up spending week in pool on street side of resort which you cannot see the beach. The beach had beach chairs that sat so low to the ground, very difficult for a heavy person or a person with bad knees to get in and out off. No handicap parking.

It was close to the beach. Their restaurant was great.

We had 3 cars coming from three different locations and they only gave two parking passes. They suggested if someone had a handicap tag, they could park outside the parking deck at a parking meter for free. I was able to do that, but I could not drive my car and lose my space. The walls were dirty and the corners of the bathroom dirty. Our families had to actually clean up before we could put our things down. We washed and cleaned everything. It was dirty. The floors were dirty, there was a broom but no dustpan.

Location was great, so much to do at Sand Dunes Resort. I was looking for a resort that I could have fun and relax. Once I parked my car didn’t want to leave. The best relaxing place I’ve experience. The breakfast that was offered while watching the ocean was great. The room that we had was nice. Everything that we needed was in there… from an iron & ironing board to microwave, fridge & more! The view was fantastic. Not sure if you could actually ask for the same room upon our next visit! That’s right, you heard correctly, we will be returning to Sand Dunes Resort. Thank you to the staff at Sand Dines Resort, with the great hospitality, my weekend was Great!!!

Upon arrival we read the signs which directed us to check in but the map that was given to me where my room was located was a little confusing. But still it didn’t change the fact that I enjoyed my stay!!!
