Loved the location. Loved the smaller building. Very quiet and low key. Pool was nice and very clean. Very easy to get replacement towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The ocean front view was great.

We would have loved to have more counter space in the kitchen to prepare some meals. But it wasn't a deal breaker, we would love to stay here again as long as there is availability.

what’s not to love! We found Jade Cove 6/2022…. Fell in love it this place. staff was very friendly, clean, bright place. So we booked again 5/2023. Jade Cove is literally a few steps away from the beach! Which I absolutely love. Very quiet rooms, never heard anything above or beside us. Bed and pillows are very very comfortable. Jade cove is located above main Myrtle. Just enough to be away from the crowds and traffic, but still close enough to go if you want. I just love the calmness that surrounds Jade Cove. I promise you won’t be disappointed with Jade Cove!!! Cant wait to go back! WV

We really liked it, the tranquility, the location is perfect, the people in the office were very friendly, it was our first time visiting the beach and the hotel and we really loved it, we will definitely return

We were never able to connect to WiFi, but to be honest it wasn't that important since our phones had internet

The location.. The view.. The room.... Everything was AMAZING!!!

Our room key didn't work when we got there... That was NO big deal at all we understand that things happen...it was the guy that came up to fix it that we didn't appreciate.... He seemed very aggravated and inconvenienced. (I won't list his name) I still wouldn't let this incident keep me from staying again... It's an absolute GEM!

Everything! Our room was very clean. Perfect oceanfront view. Small kitchen with plates, utensils, glasses. Bathroom was also clean. Love the wood floors. Much better than carpet. The General Manager is super, super sweet. She was very helpful answering my questions about a future visit.

Mattress was a little too firm and so were the pillows. Parking is a little tight. We took our Civic so we didn't have much trouble. But I would not suggest driving a full size suv, van, or truck.

Great location. Just a step to the ocean. The balcony faces the ocean. A full stocked kitchen so we could eat in sometimes, a grill with all the accessories on site. We were able to walk to starbucks & dunkin every morning for coffee. Only a 12min drive to the boardwalk. Staff was super friendly, both cleaning staff & receptionists

Pool was icy cold. A heater would be nice :)

I love that there were two private bedrooms and twofull bathrooms. The table was big enough to comfortably seat a family of 4+. The balcony overlooking the beach was amazing! We will see you next year

The beds were a little small think full size for me and my hubby. Also we felt strongly that the bed covers could have been cleaned. I always bring a fitted and sheets from home. So easy fix.

There was no breakfast. Good location

Mattress, floors were sightless clean yet needed mopping. Floors were really dirty. Spilled ice and wiped up with paper towel and it was really brown. Bathroom floor…bath mat got extremely dirty just damp from shower. All on bottom of mat or towel.

I Loved everything about the location,the view got to see Dolphins or Whales theirs fins was a ? Lol the cleanness of the room the property etc etc I could go on long story short ill stay there again with my family one being a new born who slept so peaceful 🥰🥰 that mattered to me the most his comfort!!

Nothing there was nothing not to like oh they offer a free movie night for $2 popcorn included they also had a cookout for the guest the day of my arrival only if I made it sooner to catch it 😭😭

Room and staff were just what we needed for a couple of days away. Loved the balcony overlooking the ocean. Room was clean and well arranged. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful.

Only complaint I would have, the kitchen area was poorly lit. Not a big problem since we didn't do much cooking. Otherwise, though an older establishment. Many upgrades and redecorating made for a very nice room.
